某酒店能源审计及负荷影响因素显著性分析

【摘要】 近年来,随着我国建筑总量的增加,建筑能耗不断攀升,建筑节能工作逐渐引起广泛重视。本文结合相关规范,以上海市一家五星级酒店的为研究对象,对其进行能源审计工作,以现场调研和建筑能耗模拟相结合的方式深入分析该酒店的能耗特点和节能潜力。主要研究内容如下:首先,通过现场调研收集酒店的建筑基本信息、主要用能设备(空调系统和锅炉系统)参数和能耗数据,掌握酒店的整体能耗情况。在此基础上进一步对酒店的围护结构、主要用能设备和室内环境进行检测分析,并对酒店的能耗进行拆分。其次,为了掌握酒店全年的空调负荷情况,采用建筑能耗模拟软件DeST对酒店进行全年冷热负荷模拟,并采用正交实验法对酒店空调负荷的主要可控影响因素进行显著性分析。得出冷负荷影响因素的显著性排序为:太阳得热系数>外窗传热系数>入住率>外墙传热系数>新风指标>照明密度>屋顶传热系数;热负荷影响因素的显著性排序为:外窗传热系数>外墙传热系数>入住率>新风指标>太阳得热系数>照明密度>屋顶传热系数。最后,结合现场调研和实测过程中所发现的能耗问题以及负荷影响因素的显著性排序结果,对酒店建筑的节能潜力进行分析,对围护结构和空调系统提出具体的节能改造方案。此外,本文还结合相关规范,通过模拟对比的方式对各改造方案的经济性和可行性提出评价指标。对于围护结构节能改造,外窗遮阳是酒店可考虑的节能改造项目,外墙保温不适宜于该酒店;对于空调系统节能改造,建议从冷冻水输配系统、客房温度控制和排风热回收三个方面进行节能改造。

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the increase of the total construction in our country,the building energy consumption is rising.Under the premise of meeting the relevant norms,this paper takes a five-star hotel in Shanghai as the research object.The energy audit work is carried out for the research object,the energy consumption characteristics and energy saving potential of the hotel are analyzed by means of actual investigation and building energy consumption simulation.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,in order to master the overall energy consumption of the hotel,the basic information of the hotel’s construction,the main energy consuming equipment(air conditioning system and the boiler system)parameters and energy consumption data are collected by means of field investigation.On this basis,the paper tests the structure of the hotel,the main energy using equipment and the indoor environment,and splits the energy consumption of the hotel.It is concluded that the air conditioning energy consumption is the focus of energy saving.Secondly,in order to grasp the hotel Year-round load situation,the building energy consumption simulation software DeST was used to simulate the hot and cold load.And the orthogonal experiment method was used to analyze the main controllable factors of hotel load.It is concluded that the order of the significant factors of cold load: Solar heat gain coefficient > External window heat transfer coefficient > occupancy rate > Wall heat transfer coefficient > Fresh air index > lighting power density(LPD)> Roof heat transfer coefficient,and the order of the significant factors of heat load: External window heat transfer coefficient > Wall heat transfer coefficient > occupancy rate > Fresh air index > Solar heat gain coefficient > lighting power density(LPD)> Roof heat transfer coefficient.Finally,combined with the measured results of the energy consumption problems and the significant results of the load factors,this paper analyzes the energy saving potential of the hotel and puts forward energy-saving concrete scheme on the envelope and air conditioning system.Besides,in the premise of combining relevant norms,this paper puts forward the evaluation index of the economic and feasibility of the reform scheme by means of simulation.The results show that,for the energy saving renovation of the envelope structure,the external window shading is considered as an energy saving renovation project,and the external wall thermal insulation transformation is not suitable for the hotel.For the energy saving transformation of the air conditioning system,it is recommended to carry out energy saving transformation from three aspects: the chilled water delivery system,the room temperature control and the exhaust heat recovery.
