【摘要】 煤炭生产是挖掘资源的过程,在所有的生产工序和环节当中都存在一定的物流,主要涵盖了煤炭的运输、排矸、物料运输、人员运输,物流数量较大,种类十分复杂,运输的距离相对较长,会出现各种各样的情形。煤炭物流系统主要组成部分包括供应物流、生产物流以及销售物流和回收物流、废弃物物流等等。煤炭公司供应物流的内涵是包含了原材料等所有物资的采购、进货运输、库存管理、存储用料管理以及供应管理等活动。因为材料不属于商品实体,因此这一物流是独立的。在煤炭的生产过程中发挥着主导性的功效,管理十分困难,并且生产十分复杂,会涵盖物流管理的全部环节。结合相关的数据资料展开剖析,在煤炭的生产成本当中,在总成本当中,物流成本所占的比重高达35-60%,并且供应物流的成本在所有物流开支当中占比高达60%~70%。本文从选题的背景和研究意义着手,在查阅大量优秀文献的基础上进一步明确研究的思路和方法,按照设定的研究技术路线进行层层推进,最终以现场实例为研究对象,制定了供应链管理优化策略;首先分析先进的供应链管理理念和方法对企业成功的重要性,论述煤炭企业采取的传统物资管理法及该方法在企业应用时存在的局限性,并分析了新经济环境下煤炭行业遇到的严峻挑战和压力,构建了研究的结构和思路。在总结供应链与物资采购管理的相关理论并归纳总结当前供应链管理中存在的问题,将研究问题细分为采购管理、配送管理、物流外包管理和库存管理,针对管理中的问题进行分析,在此基础上,综合分析供应链管理优化策略的制定,结合唐阳煤矿物资采购现状及唐阳煤矿物资采购管理实行供应链管理的有利条件,并分析了煤炭企业长期受计划经济模式的影响、企业供应链管理系统整体运作差及不能适应社会化大生产的现实状况,从库存储备管理、采购配送、物流外包管理三个方面深刻分析了唐阳煤矿物资采购存在的问题,并根据生产和管理的一些具体情况逐一针对性地制定了优化、改善策略。通过本文的研究,笔者力求一方面可以为优化唐阳煤矿物资采购及物流管理提出对策措施,为煤矿物资采购及管理提供可行的理论指导,另一方面为丰富物资采购及物流管理理论提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Coal mine production is a process of resource exploitation.The logistics runs through the whole process of production.It includes coal transportation,waste dumping,transportation,personnel transportation,large quantity of logistics,wide variety,long transport distance and complicated situation.The coal mine logistics is a logistics system composed of supply logistics,production logistics,sales logistics,recycling logistics and waste logistics.Coal supply logistics refers to all raw materials,including raw materials,procurement,import and transportation,storage acceptance,storage,inventory management,materials management and supply management and other activities.Since the material does not constitute a product entity,the supply stream is relatively independent.Supply logistics in coal production in the dominant position in the coal production of the most complex,the most difficult management,which almost involves the various elements of logistics management.According to the relevant data analysis,in the coal production costs,the logistics cost of the total cost of 35-60%,while the supply of logistics costs accounted for 60% to 70% of all logistics costs.Therefore,this paper focuses on material procurement and logistics management were studied.Therefore,this paper from the background of the topic and the significance of research to build the structure and ideas of the study.On the basis of consulting a large number of excellent literatures,the idea and method of research are further clarified.According to the set of research technology routes,the research on the optimization strategy of supply chain management is put forward.Firstly,it analyzes the importance of the advanced supply chain management concept and method to the success of the enterprise,discusses the traditional material management law taken by the coal enterprise and the limitation of the method in the enterprise application,and analyzes the coal industry encountered in the new economic environment Severe challenge and stress.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories of supply chain and material procurement management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the procurement of Tangshan coal mine from the aspects of stock reserve management and the favorable conditions of implementing supply chain management in coal mine material purchasing management,And analyzes the long-term impact of the planned economy model of coal enterprises,the overall operation of the enterprise supply chain management system is poor and can not adapt to the situation of socialized production.purchasing and distribution and logistics outsourcing management,One by one targeted to develop the optimization,improvement strategy.Through the research of this paper,the author tries to provide countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the material procurement and logistics management of Tangyang coal mine,And provide feasible theoretical guidance for coal mine material procurement and management and on the other hand,it can provide reference and reference for rich material procurement and logistics management theory.更多还原
