CASS工艺中PAC强化除磷试验研究

【摘要】 随着水环境质量的不断恶化和人们对污水处理要求的不断提高,污水厂提标升级改造势在必行。提标过程中,将总磷的处理效果由《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级B标准提高到一级A标准是一个较难解决的问题,特别是无二沉池的CASS工艺。本研究以CASS工艺污水厂为研究对象进行PAC强化除磷效果研究,通过静态试验和动态试验确定了该污水厂PAC强化生物除磷的最佳投药地点、最佳投药时间、最佳投药量,以及PAC的投加对污泥和各项常规指标的影响。该CASS工艺污水厂PAC强化除磷的最佳投药点为距主反应区末端约1/3池长处,最佳投药时间为CASS池主反应区曝气停止前30 min,最佳投药量为3 mg/L。单次投加少量PAC不会对CODcr、TN、NH3-N的去除效果造成显著影响,也不会使出水pH出现明显下降。每周期曝气停止之前30 min向装置中连续投加3 mg/L的PAC能使出水TP稳定满足一级A标准(P≤0.5 mg/L),且不会对CODcr、TN、NH3-N的去除效果以及出水pH造成较大影响;但是会使污泥中微生物呼吸速率下降,无机组分增多,并且生物相发生变化,污泥活性受到一定程度的抑制。此时,该污水厂投加PAC增加的污水处理成本约为0.0118元/吨水。综上可知,PAC强化生物除磷能解决CASS工艺污水厂出水总磷难以稳定满足一级A标的问题,应用前景较好,但是应用过程中需注意生物池中PAC的长期投加对污泥活性抑制的问题。

【Abstract】 With the worsening of water environment quality and the increasing of sewage treatment requirement,to improve the treatment effect of sewage plant is imperative.In the process,it is difficult to make total phosphorus meet the requirement of level 1 A standard in“the urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard”(GB18918-2002)instead of level 1 B standard,especially in CASS process without the second settling pond.Making CASS process sewage plant as the research object,this research aims at exploring the phosphorus removal effect of PAC.By the static test and dynamic test,we have determined the best coagulant dosage point,best coagulant dosage time,best o-phenylenediamine and the PAC dosing effects on sludge and the conventional water indicators in this CASS process sewage.In this CASS process sewage,the best PAC dosaging point is about a third pool strengths from the end of main reaction zone,the best PAC dosaging time is 30 min before the shutoff of aeration,the best PAC o-phenylenediamine is 3 mg/L.Dosaging a small amount of PAC will not make evident influences to the removal efficiency of CODcr,TN,NH3-N,and will not make pH decline obviously.Dosing 3 mg/L PAC continuously 30 min before the shutoff of aeration per cycle can make TP meet the requirement of level 1 A standard,and will not make evident influences to the removal efficiency of CODcr,TN,NH3-N and pH,but would make sludge microbial respiration rate decline,inorganic components increase,and biological change,so as to the inhibition of sludge activity.The cost of PAC dosing is about 0.0118 yuan/tons.In summary,by dosing PAC can enhance the effect of phosphorus removement,and make TP meet the requirement of level 1 A standard,which has good application prospect.But it is important to pay attention to the inhibition of sludge activity of PAC.
