【摘要】 自2015年末国家旅游局提出全域旅游概念,并于2016年初正式提出全域旅游相关政策及公布全国范围内262个全域旅游工作试点以来,为响应号召,各地相继投入到全域旅游的项目建设之中,关乎全域旅游发展的策略问题便成为政府与相关工作者面临的挑战。本文为切实解决山东省临沂市沂水县夏蔚镇的旅游发展问题,就夏蔚镇全域旅游产业的生长机制与发展策略进行研究。首先,通过政治、经济、社会背景的解读,选取合适的案例并对研究对象进行界定与阐;选取相应的研究方法,初步确定研究思路并制定研究框架。其次,通过全域旅游实践与研究、旅游产业发展进程与研究以及旅游发展策略三方面的国内外综述,确定本文重点探讨全域旅游生长策略。根据综述启示,采用基于生长机制视角的策略研究方法。然后,以SWOT分析法结合层次分析法,对夏蔚镇全域旅游产业发展的条件进行评价,并获得各因子权重。结合该镇的全域旅游产业的目的与定位,分析包含驱动力系统、利益主体、影响要素与空间载体四个部分及其相互作用的生长机制,得出全域化空间布局与三个阶段发展的策略。最后,提出初期启动、中期发展和后期成熟三个阶段的具体生长策略,包括发展展望、空间布局、旅游产品设计以及营销管理;并总结出我国的全域旅游发展正从试点走向成熟,旅游产业发展的研究分析也逐渐从传统的定性趋向定量化,得出大多数的全域旅游发展周期都将经历挖掘与利用优势资源的初期启动阶段、延伸与完善产业体系的中期生长阶段以及消融与整合产业边界的后期成熟阶段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the end of 2015 the National Tourism Administration of global tourism concept,the 262 global tourism pilot and formally proposed the global tourism policies in early 2016 and released nationwide since,in response to the call,all have been put into the global tourism project construction,policy issues relating to the whole regional tourism development will become the face of the government and related.The challenge.In this paper,in order to solve the problem of Shandong province Linyi city Yishui County Xia Wei Zhen tourism development,makes the research on the growth mechanism and development strategy of the global tourism industry Xia Wei zhen.First of all,through the interpretation of political,economic and social background,select the appropriate cases and define and clarify the research object,select the appropriate research methods,initially determine the research ideas and research framework.Secondly,through the global tourism practice and research,tourism industry development process and research and tourism development strategy in three aspects of domestic and foreign,this paper focuses on the global tourism growth strategy.According to the Enlightenment of the review,this paper adopts the method of strategic research based on the perspective of growth mechanism.Then,combining AHP with SWOT analysis method,to evaluate the development of the global tourism industry conditions Xia Wei Zhen,and get the weight of each factor.With the aim and orientation of the global tourism industry of the town,including analysis of driving force system,stakeholders,affecting the growth mechanism of the four part of the support elements and space and interaction,the global space layout and the three stages of development strategy.Finally,put forward specific growth strategy early start,middle and late mature development in three stages,including the prospect of development,spatial layout,tourism product design and marketing management;and summarizes the development of global tourism in China is from the pilot to mature,research and analysis of the development of the tourism industry has gradually shifted from the traditional qualitative and quantitative trend.The early period of the development of the global tourism will experience most of the mining and utilization of superior resources starting stage,growth and extension of industrial system improve the middle stage and the later stage of ablation and integration of industrial boundary mature stage.更多还原
