基于B/S架构的军警民联建联管共享信息平台设计与实现

【摘要】 随着社会的进步和科技的不断发展,信息技术在人们的工作生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色,对国防、治安等国家重要领域带来了便利,同时也带来了挑战。军警民联建联管信息共享平台系统就是广西省某军区在党的“军民结合”和“民技军用”的政策方针指导下,为建设世界一流的信息化部队,实现数据一体化、集成化,实现网络信息和知识快速共享以及军民联动而设计实现的一整套信息化建设解决方案。本论文采用MVC设计模式进行开发,基于B/S架构,运用Struts2框架以及JDBC数据库访问技术开发了军警民联建联管共享信息平台系统,该系统主要面向各联防单位办公人员以及系统管理员使用,功能包括用户登录、数据查询维护、边境以及防区监控、联防指挥、信息发布等5个模块,经部队实际使用,效果良好。本论文的主要贡献在于:1.实现了军警民联建联管共享信息平台系统,并交付部队使用;2.通过对现有数据加密系统进行深入研究,提出了一种改进的RSA非对称加密算法,相比传统的RSA算法,系统安全性得到了提升;3.为了提升数据查询速度,提出了包括一系列SQL语句重写以及索引等方法在内的数据库查询方法,并针对卡口管控模块需要大量插入数据的特点,对插入语句进行了优化,通过这些数据库优化方法提升了数据查询以及插入操作效率;4.针对用户希望快速在全库搜索结果找到目的词条的问题,提出了一种权重算法对solr全库搜索结果按照该算法结果进行排序,权重越高的词条排名越靠前,解决了搜索结果排序问题。通过研究开发这个系统,达到让该市联防单位团体能以最少的人力、最简单的方式,实现信息化办公、重要数据信息安全存储、信息资源安全共享等目的,以及在战时保证国家信息安全和进行战时指挥。
【Abstract】 With the advancement of society and continuous development of science and technology,information technology plays an increasingly important role in people’s working life,which brings convenience to important areas such as national defense and public security as well as it brings challenges.To construct a world-class information technology force,to achieve data integration,rapid sharing of network information knowledge and military-civilian linkage,I design and implement the "Military-PoliceCivilian Joint Construction and Administration of Information Sharing Platform" system for a military in Guangxi Province,which is a set of information technology solutions,under the guidance of the party’s policy-"Military and civilian integration" and "Civil Technology to Military".nThis paper,is based on B/S architecture,MVC design pattern,Struts2 framework and JDBC database access technology to develop the information platform system.The system,includs ‘user login’,‘data maintenance’,‘border and zone monitoring’,‘defense command’ and ‘information release’,which is mainly designed for the defense unit office and administrators,furthermore it is well performed in the actual usage.The main contributions of this paper are:1.I implemented the "Military-Police-Civilian Joint Construction and Administration of Information Sharing Platform" and delivered to the military;2.Through an in-depth study of the existing data encryption system,a modified RSA encryption algorithm is proposed to enhance the security of the system;3.In order to improve the performance of data query,a database query method including a series of SQL statement rewriting and indexing method is proposed,and the insertion statement is optimized for the function of inserting a large number of data for the bayonet control module.Through these database optimization methods,the data query and insert operation efficiency is enhanced;4.Aiming at the problem that the user wants to find the destination term quickly in the whole library search result,a weight algorithm is proposed to sort the solr search results according to the result of the algorithm.The higher the weight is,the higher the rank is.Through the research and development of this system,the city’s defense units can achieve the purpose of building an information-based office,secure storage of important data,sharing of information resources securely with the least manpower and the simplest way,as well as ensuring national information security and command in wartime.
