基于空海任务协同的信息管理系统研究

【摘要】 随着网络与信息技术的不断发展,军事信息化逐步深入,现代战争特征形态不断演化,已经逐渐由作战要素的局部对抗上升到了作战体系对抗。针对军事信息化系统进行深入研究是非常重要的一项工作。尤其是有效利用计算机技术对各种军事场景进行仿真,模拟战场态势,为指挥人员提供有效信息支撑。本文从这一点出发,利用网络信息技术与可视化技术,基于想定环境设计实现了一种空海任务协同的信息管理系统,为军事信息化系统的发展提供了有效参考。空海任务协同信息管理系统采用微软公司的VC++作为开发环境,SQL Server作为后台数据库,采用态势显示二次开发平台MapX与数据库访问接口作为技术支持。实现了网络通信、信息管理、决策支持与态势显示等功能。论文研究了面向空海任务协同环境下的信息管理系统开发流程与开发模式、相关技术以及开发设计环节。基于想定环境设计了抽象的系统模型,提出了一种基于空海任务协同的信息管理系统体系框架,进行了系统功能分析与关键技术研究,并对系统进行设计与开发实现。系统设计包括界面设计、功能模块设计以及数据库设计。并针对想定任务设计了决策支持功能,提供了决策支持算法及具体算法流程。通过对空海任务协同信息管理系统进行单项功能验证与系统集成验证,验证了系统的各项功能以及决策算法的正确性,达到了预期效果。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of network and information technology.Modern war features continue to evolve,the combat elements of the local confrontation has rose to the combat system confrontation gradually.In-depth research on the military information system is very important.In particular,simulate a variety of military scenarios by computer technology effectively,simulation of the battlefield situation,to provide support for the command staff.This paper realizes an information management system of air-sea task coordination based on the scenario environment,which provides an effective reference for the development of military information system.Air-sea task collaborative information management system using Microsoft’s VC++ as the development environment,using SQL Server database,while using secondary development platform MapX and database access interface as technical support.The system realizes the functions of network communication,information management,decision support and situation display.This paper has research on the development process and development model,related technology and development design of information management system under the cooperative environment of air-sea.Designed abstract system model based on the scenario environment,and proposed the framework of information management system based on air-sea task collaboration.The system function analysis and related technology research are carried out,and the system is designed and developed.System design includes interface design,functional module design and database design.,and the decision support function is designed for the scenario task,and the decision support algorithm and the specific algorithm flow are provided.Through the single function debugging and system integration debugging of the air-sea task collaboration information management system,the system function and the correctness of the decision algorithm are verified.Meet the requirements.
