【摘要】 本文介绍围绕企业在设计与管理工作中遇到的技术瓶颈,开发研究出的一套解决企业设计图纸在设计与日常生产管理过程中遇到的各类技术和管理问题的系统。齐二机床是国家重型机床制造企业,是一家制造机床母机的企业。一台重型机床由两万多个零件构成,仍然有一万多个零件需要人工制图后组织生产。公司为了提升设计员制图的效率,很早便应用了CAD软件,CAD的版本从最早的2002到现在统一要求使用CAD2011版本,这一时期产生了大量不同版本的CAD图纸,产品设计图纸均存储在个人电脑上,很难保障设计人员与车间工作使用的图纸版本的唯一性,在实际管理中缺乏相应的技术手段进行统一管理,而且存在图纸打印成本高、图纸信息安全风险高等问题。该开发的系统软件CAD插件和WEB技术中的Asp.net、数据库SQL、Javascript、Ado.net等技术进行了软件开发,通过编程传递函数并远程调取服务器上的DWG图纸文件进行远端客户机在线预览功能,目前已实现该程序读取各种版本CAD图纸的在线浏览功能,在企业实际管理过程中增强了信息技术的应用,进一步加强企业工业设计和信息化的融合。通过该技术的实施可以有效解决上述企业存在的技术和管理问题,把原来分散的计算机资源整合起来,实现远端用户在线读取浏览图纸信息,实现生产用图在实际生产中的信息共享,不但降低部门、科室之间打印图纸成本,而且又提高了企业图纸保密的安全等级,这样可以长期有效地提高企业整体的核心价值和工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new system is introduced in this paper and this system focused on the technical bottlenecks encountered in the design and management work in the enterprise is specially developed to solve a variety of technical and managing problems which concern the design of drawings and daily production management by means of these drawings in the enterprise.Qiqihar No.2 machine tool(group)Company,ltd.manufacturing the mother machines is an enterprise to produce heavy-duty machine tools in the state.One set of heavy-duty machine tool is composed of more than twenty thousand parts and more than ten thousand parts are produced acc.to the drawings which are designed manually.The CAD software has been applied very early in our company in order to enhance the efficiency to design the drawings by the designers.A large number of drawings drawn in different versions of CAD software that are used in early version 2002 to version2011 required to be used now for designing all the drawings are designed.It is very difficult to ensure that both designers and workers in workshop use the drawings drawn in the same version CAD as all the designed drawings of products are stored in the personal computer and there is lack of appropriate technical means for uniform management.The existence of drawings in different CAD version results in the questions that cost for printing is high and security risk for drawing information is also high.The software is developed by means of using CAD plug-in,Asp.net in WEB technique,SQL database,Javascript,and Ado.net,etc.techniques.It is available now to carry out previewing CAD drawings in different versions in line through reading by this program thanks to function to preview in line for remote client computer by means of both programmed transfer function and reading DWG files in server remotely.The application of information technique in actual management in the enterprise enhanced integration of enterprise informatization and industrial design.The above mentioned technical and managing problems existed in the enterprise can be effectively solved through the implementation of this technologyby integrating the source of computers located decentralized originally to realize that user can read drawing remotely in line and share the information of drawings guiding production in different department and thus not only the cost for printing drawing can be reduced but also the level of security for keeping secret is enhanced in the enterprise,by means of this the entire core value and working efficiency in the enterprise can be increased effectively for long period of time.更多还原
