【摘要】 伴随着我国金融改革及市场化进程加速,很多新兴的金融模式被不断推广及应用,融资租赁是近些年来发展较快的新型金融模式。我国的融资租赁企业不仅存在以银行为背景的银企融资租赁公司,同时还存在民营企业以及以外资企业为背景的融资租赁公司。互联网金融时代的到来为融资租赁的新模式提供了很多的可能性,尤其是解决我国的融资租赁行业一直以来面临着业务模式的单一以及常和影子银行的业务模式混为一谈的诟病。数控机床行业在我国属于装备制造业范畴,由于其先进的科技含量以及进入门槛较高的行业特点使得我国数控机床行业严重依赖进口供给。而进口数控机床往往价值不菲,所以企业就会面临生产设备的融资问题,其中,最多的实践解决方案不是传统的银行贷款而是融资租赁。但是目前我国的融资租赁在整个工业领域渗透率较低,如何利用互联网力量将其融入到融资租赁业行业具有重要意义,也会因此改善融资租赁行业的信息不对称的问题,从而使得数控机床用户的企业从中受益。本文以H公司为研究背景,分析了我国当前数控机床融资租赁行业的现状以及存在问题结合当前我国互联网金融的发展,基于此提出了基于互联网平台的数控机床融资租赁新模式,为H公司未来的业务方向提供促进的可能性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s financial reform and marketization,many new financial models have been promoted and applied.China’s financial leasing enterprises not only exist in the bank for financing leasing company background,but also the existence of private enterprises and foreign enterprises as the background of financial leasing companies.The arrival of the era of the new mode of Internet banking as a financing lease offers many possibilities,especially to solve China’s financial leasing industry has been facing the business model of a single and often confused and criticized the shadow banking business model.CNC machine tool industry in our country belongs to the category of equipment manufacturing industry,because of its advanced technology content and higher barriers to entry industry characteristics of China’s CNC machine tool industry is heavily dependent on import supply.The import of CNC machine tools are often expensive,so companies will be faced with the financing of production equipment,which is the most practical solution is not a traditional bank loans but financial leasing.But at present the financing lease of our country in the field of industrial penetration is low,how to use the power of the Internet into the financial leasing industry has an important significance,information asymmetry will therefore improve the financial leasing industry issues,so that users of CNC machine tool enterprises benefit from.This paper takes the H company as the research background,analyzes the current status of CNC machine tool leasing industry and the problems associated with the development of China’s Internet banking,based on the proposed new NC machine leasing model based on Internet platform,provide promotion possibilities for the future direction of the business of H company.更多还原
