【摘要】 伴随国民经济水平的迅速增长,加快城市化步伐,生产与消费结构发生重大变化。近二十年来,由于固体废弃物成分比较复杂,回收处置的难度较大,对大气、土壤、水体环境的危害也越来越严重。各式各样的固体废弃物所带来的环境危害也越加严重,已经成为当今社会不可逃避的重大环保问题之一。发展策略是以“发展才是硬道理”作为企业的宗旨,先进技术的引进、环保市场的开发,通过崭新的管理方式来加大企业的规模,从而提高企业竞争力采用的策略管理方式。本研究以世界固废处理领域位居前列的中国天楹为研究主体,充分研究和分析公司的发展策略。本文运用SWOT分析提出了中国天楹固废处理发展策略方案,剖析中国天楹固废处理当前所面临的发展机遇和挑战,优势和劣势,分析公司发展策略。为保障公司固废处理发展策略的有效实施,明确了策略实施的对策及保障措施,提出了做实做优运营项目、抢抓机遇新开项目、优化产业发展、突显平台价值、加强制度和企业文化建设等,成功达成企业策略目标。本文对中国天楹固废处理发展战略进行了展望,并得出本文的结论:在日益激烈的垃圾处理行业市场中,中国天楹始终保持着独特的优势,持续稳定的发展,应该从以下几个方面展示:一是利用公司优势拓展环保市场地域空间,包括国内和国外区域;二是做实做优新开的项目,抓住机遇争取更多项目;三是通过竞争合作方式提升公司专业化的服务,提升公众满意度;四是完善公司管理制度,有效控制成本,促进持续高速发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid growth of national economy and urbanization process,the production and consumption structure has greatly changed.Over the past twenty years,solid waste becomes more complex.Recycling and disposal of consumer satisfaction have become increasingly prominent.More and more hazards had disadvantaged to atmosphere,water rand soil.Various types of solid some problems of circular economy have become imperative for all regions of our country.Major environmental problems need to be solved.Development strategy takes the development as the core of the enterprises,and guide enterprises to continuously develop new products and markets,with the new production and management methods,so as to expand the scale of enterprises,improve the competitive position,enhance the enterprise’s competition strength and to take the strategic management methods.This paper takes world leading company-China Tianying Inc.as the research object,the company’s development strategy for a theoretical analysis and empirical study.This article derives the solid waste treatment development strategy of China Tianying by applying SWOT method.The paper objective analysis of the shortcomings of company facing solid waste treatment development opportunities,challenges,advantages and weaknesses,determine the strategic direction and feasible,and has carried on the analysis to enterprise development strategy choice.The effective implementation of solid waste treatment development strategy for the company,made clear the countermeasures and safeguards of the implementation of the strategy,put forward the guarantee measures such as implementing excellent projects、seizing the opportunities and opening new projects 、 adjusting and optimizing the industrial development,highlighting the value of the capital platform,strengthening the system construction and implementation and strengthening the building of enterprise culture and so on,in order to achieve the strategic of the enterprise success.This paper draws the conclusion by looking forward the solid waste treatment development of China Tianying: The Company maintain the advantages and good development in the waste disposal market of theincreasingly fierce competition.It should proceed from the following aspects: the first one is to use the advantages of the company to expand the scope of services,including domestic and foreign markets.The second way is to implement new projects,seize the opportunity to strive for more projects.The third road is enhancing the professional service with competition or cooperation.The forth method is improving the enterprise management system and effective control of the cost,promoting sustained and stable development of the company.更多还原
