【摘要】 街区是城市空间形态构成的基本单元。改革开放后,我国在不断进行着空前的、大规模的城市发展建设,由于历史经验比较匮乏,无论是城市规划还是城市管理,都处于摸索前进的状态。目前我国城市规划已由增量规划阶段进入存量规划阶段,随着城市建设边界的缓慢扩张,城市建设的重心开始逐步由外向内转移,愈来愈多的老旧街区面临整改修缮。以往大拆大建的模式已经不适应当今的城市发展建设,此时,城市修补作为一种更新理念,因其低影响、精细化的特点受到了各方的广泛关注。街区作为城市活动的空间承载体,在快速的城市发展建设中,容易出现诸如空间组织不够合理、功能不够完善等问题,这些问题会随着时间的推移愈加显著,因而亟待解决。为改善上述问题,本研究从城市设计层面,对城市街区空间形态的发展和影响因素进行了深入分析,以期为哈尔滨城市街区空间形态的调适提供策略及建议,同时为今后城市街区空间形态的研究提供参考借鉴。本文以城市修补为基本视角,运用文献整理、实证调研、时序比较等方法,梳理了城市街区空间形态的相关研究现状及基础理论,从城市设计层面对哈尔滨街区空间形态进行深入剖析,将哈尔滨街区的发展分为城市肇始时期、日本占领时期、计划经济时期和改革开放后四个阶段,分析哈尔滨街区形成过程中自然条件、历史背景、社会环境等因素对空间形态的影响,并从空间组织、功能布局、风貌特色等方面总结现存问题。最后呈现哈尔滨街区空间形态的研究成果。在基于历史资料和实证调研所总结的街区成因和现存问题的基础上,以城市修补为基本视角,从街区空间组织、街区功能布局、街区风貌特色以及公共空间活力等角度,分别提出调整和适应策略。本文旨在通过城市设计调适策略的提出,完善街区空间组织、整合街区功能布局、营造协调的街区风貌、建设活力公共空间,发挥城市设计在街区发展中的重要作用,使街区空间环境顺应使用者需求,彰显街区空间形态在城市发展和社会生活中的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Blocks are the basic units of urban space formation.After the reform and opening,China has continued to carry out an unprecedented and large-scale urban development.Due to the lack of historical experience,both urban planning and urban management are in a state of exploration.At present,China’s urban planning has entered the stock planning stage from the incremental planning stage.With the slow expansion of the urban construction boundary,the focus of urban construction has gradually shifted from the outside to the inside,and more and more old blocks are facing rectification and renovation.In the past,the method of large-scale demolition and large-scale construction has been unsuitable for the development of today’s cities.At this time,urban redevelopment as a renewed concept has received wide attention from all parties due to its low-impact and refined characteristics.As a space carrier for urban activities,the blocks are prone to problems such as unreasonable spatial organization and incomplete functions in rapid urban development.These issues will become more prominent with time,and therefore need to be resolved.To improve the above problems,this study conducted an in-depth analysis of the development and influencing factors of spatial patterns of urban blocks from the perspective of urban design,with a view to providing strategies and suggestions for the adaptation of spatial patterns of urban blocks in Harbin,and at the same time providing a study of spatial patterns of urban blocks in the future for reference.This article takes the urban refinishing as the basic perspective and uses the methods of literature review,empirical investigation,and time comparison to sort out the relevant research status and basic theories of urban street spatial patterns and analyzes the spatial form of the Harbin block from the aspect of urban design.The development is divided into four periods: the beginning of the city,the period of Japanese occupation,the period of a planned economy and the period after the reform and opening.It summarizes the influence of natural conditions,historical background,social environment and other factors in the process of the formation of the Harbin blocks,and the spatial organization and function layout features and other aspects summarize the existing problems.Finally,this article presents the research results of spatial patterns of blocks in Harbin.Based on historical data and empirical research on the causes and existing problems of the blocks,taking urban rejuvenation as the basic perspective,they propose adjustments and adaptations from the perspective of the spatial organization of blocks,the functional layout of blocks,the characteristics of blocks and the vitality of public space.The purpose of this paper is to improve the spatial design of the urban design,to integrate the functions of blocks,to create a coordinated street appearance,and to build a vibrant public space.The important role of urban design in the development of the blocks are to make the space environment of the block conform to the user.Demand highlights the value of street space patterns in urban development and social life.更多还原
