一种NETCONF子树过滤机制的扩展设计与实现

【摘要】 随着现代计算机和信息技术的发展,市场上出现了各式各样的网络设备,网络规模不断增加,复杂性和架构差异性愈发明显,人们急需一种高效安全,具有统一管理能力的网络管理手段。各设备厂商提供的命令行管理方式不具有统一性,不同厂商命令行模式和使用方法往往大相径庭;传统的简单网络管理协议(SNMP)虽被广泛支持,但是稳定性和安全性较低,不适合管理大型复杂网络。为了更好地实现对大型复杂网络的配置管理,Internet任务工作组(IETF)在2006年提出通过了基于可扩展标记语言(XML)的NETCONF网络管理协议。NETCONF协议在网络管理的自动化上具有明显的优势。本文分析研究了NETCONF协议中获取数据时重要的子树过滤机制的功用和原理,考虑基本方式的不足提出了包括最大行数限制和正则匹配、条件匹配、行级列匹配在内的扩展方案,提高了子树过滤的灵活性,进而增强了NETCONF协议的可用性。将子树过滤划分为多个阶段分别设计,并在特定软硬件平台上实现了扩展的子树过滤机制。最后进行了功能测试和性能测试。

【Abstract】 With the development of modern computer and information technology,there comes to be massive kinds of network devices on the market.The scale,complexity and otherness of network are increasing.People urgently need an efficient and safe network management toolwith unified management capability.In order to achieve better management of large and complex networks,the Internet Engineering Task Force(IETF)proposed the NETCONF network management protocol based on extensible markup language(XML)in 2006.NETCONF protocol has obvious advantages in the automation of network management.This paper analyzes the function and principle of the subtree filtering which is an important way to get data in NETCONF protocol and presents extended solution that includes max row limiting,regular match,condition match and column match in row methods considering the shortage of basic methods.These methods increase the flexibility of the subtree filtering,thus improve the usability of the NETCONF protocol.The subtree filtering is divided into several phases,and the extended subtree filtering mechanism is implemented on a specific software and hardware platform.At last the function and performance tests are carried out.
