【摘要】 本文以潍坊恒信永祥苑二期项目为研究对象,立足于当前工程质量管理理论发展态势,运用项目质量管理领域科学理论,对其质量管理过程中存在的突出问题和解决措施进行深入分析,为项目部开展行之有效的质量管理工作提供指导。本文的主要研究内容包括:第一,在介绍本文的研究背景的基础上,阐述了论文的研究目的与意义,经过文献阅读梳理并总结了国内外相关领域的研究成果。第二,在介绍潍坊恒信永祥苑二期项目基本情况、设计依据、建设程序以及质量目标之后,对影响工程质量及工程质量控制工作开展的因素进行了分析,结合对项目实施情况的跟踪调查,总结了项目中存在的质量管理问题,认为在项目准备阶段主要存在项目各项技术文件准备工作及施工前的进场工作不到位、没有及时的建立项目质量管理机构、项目施工图的设计与变更管理不到位、原辅材料的采购缺乏有效的质量管理和跟踪检查等问题;在项目施工阶段主要存在施工现场质量检查缺失、项目工序质量管理流程控制不清晰、施工过程关键质量控制点的控制不到位以及对于项目中的隐蔽工程的质量缺少跟踪检查和重点防范质量隐患等问题;在项目竣工阶段存在工程初验缺失、正规的验收程序未执行、整个工程竣工质量检验不完全、未建立起质量信息管理系统等问题。再次,理清了潍坊恒信永祥苑二期项目质量管理的基本原则,从质量保证的角度出发,重点探讨了项目质量保证体系的构建过程与实施策略,并着眼于项目全过程质量控制视角,对其准备阶段、施工阶段、竣工验收阶段的质量管理措施进行了分析。最后,从人员组织、制度、技术、材料、机械设备几个方面探讨了潍坊恒信永祥苑二期项目质量管理保障措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes Weifang Hengxin Yongxiang Garden Phase two project as the research object,based on the current situation of the development of project quality management theory,using the Scientific Theory of Project Quality Management,in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the quality management process and solutions,to provide guidance for the project department to carry out effective quality management work.The main contents of this paper include: first,on the basis of introducing the research background of this paper,we elaborated the purpose and significance of the research,and reviewed and summarized the research results in related fields at home and abroad through literature review.Second,after the introduction of Weifang Hengxin Yongxiang court two the basic situation of the project,design,layout,main characteristics and requirements of quality inspection,the influence factors of engineering quality and quality control work are analyzed,combined with the tracking survey on the implementation of the project,summarizes the quality management problems existing in the project.That the preparation stage mainly exist the technical documents of the project preparatory work before construction and construction work is not in place,not timely establishment of project quality management mechanism,design and construction plans of the project change management is not in place,the procurement of raw and auxiliary materials lack of effective quality management and tracking and other issues in the project construction site,the lack of quality inspection;project quality management process control is not clear,the construction process of the key quality control mainly exists in the construction phase of the project The control is not in place and the quality of the project in the hidden engineering problem of the lack of track inspection and focus on the prevention of quality problems;in the project completion stage of early engineering acceptance procedures missing,not formal implementation,the completion of the entire project quality inspection is not complete and did not set up a quality management information system etc..Again,clarify the basic ideas of Weifang Hengxin Yongxiang Garden Phase two project quality management,starting from the quality assurance point of view,focusing on the strategy and implementation of the construction process of the system to ensure project quality,project quality control and focus on the perspective of the whole process,the preparation stage,construction stage,completion acceptance stage of quality management measures the analysis.Finally,it analyzed the Weifang Hengxin Yongxiang Garden Phase two project quality management countermeasures from the personnel organization,system,technology,materials,machinery and equipment aspects.更多还原
