一种多功能试验机的设计及其振动性能研究

【摘要】 自润滑关节轴承与自润滑衬垫是被广泛应用于工程机械、航空航天等领域的重要零件,其性能测试主要在相应的试验机上进行。由于试验件的不同与低速重载、高速轻载试验工况的多样性,造成自润滑关节轴承与自润滑衬垫的试验机种类较多。因此设计一台能够对自润滑关节轴承与自润滑衬垫在低速重载、高速轻载试验工况下的试验机是非常有意义的。根据自润滑关节轴承与自润滑衬垫试验机的测试原理与功能要求完成多功能试验机的设计。在摆动系统中设计了摆角连续可调的装置;在夹具系统中设计了可以对自润滑关节轴承与自润滑衬垫进行装夹测试的夹具;在加载系统中设计了一种新型滑台式加载机构;在测控系统中根据测试要求对各个传感器进行选择与位置布局。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对试验机、关键零部件机架与试验机加载系统进行有预应力的模态分析。通过有预应力的模态分析研究试验机、关键零部件机架与试验机加载系统的振动特性。利用机械系统动态仿真软件Adams建立试验机的加载系统的仿真模型,分析了三种不同加载速率对试验机加载系统加载力的影响,选择合适试验机加载系统的加载速率,使试验机加载系统的加载精度满足要求。

【Abstract】 Self-lubricating spherical plain bearing and self-lubricating liner are widely used in engineering machinery,aerospace and other important parts,and their performance testing is mainly carried out on the corresponding testing machine.Due to the different test pieces and the diversity of low-speed,heavy-load,high-speed and light-load test conditions,there are many kinds of test machines for self-lubricating spherical plain bearing and selflubricating liner.Therefore,it is very meaningful to design a testing machine capable of self-lubricating spherical plain bearing and self-lubricating liners under low-speed,heavyload,high-speed and light-load test conditions.According to the test principle and functional requirements of the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing and self-lubricating liner testing machine,the design of the multifunctional testing machine is completed.In the oscillating system,a device with continuously adjustable oscillating angle is designed.In the fixture system,a fixture that can test the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing and the self-lubricating lining is designed.A new type of sledge loading is designed in the loading system.In the measurement and control system,each sensor is selected and positioned according to the testing requirements.The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was used to perform prestressed modal analysis on the testing machine,the key parts rack and the testing machine loading system.Through the prestressed modal analysis,the vibration characteristics of the testing machine,the key parts rack and the testing machine loading system were studied.The dynamic simulation software Adams of the mechanical system was used to establish the simulation model of the loading system of the testing machine.The influence of three different loading rates on the loading force of the loading system of the testing machine was analyzed.The loading rate of the loading system of the suitable testing machine was selected so that the testing machine loaded the system.The loading accuracy meets the requirements.
