大中型城市高铁站区功能布局模式与适用性研究

【摘要】 十三五规划的发布,提出要构筑现代基础设施网络与综合交通运输体系,打造高品质的快速网络,加快推进高速铁路成网,预示着高铁作为综合交通运输体系中的骨干,将产生更深远的意义和影响,也将面临更多的机遇和挑战。同时,高铁站区的地位也在不断提升,从城市的重要组成部分发展到区域城市网络的中心,高铁站区的建设成为了研究焦点。但是相比于高铁的快速发展,高铁站区的研究相对滞后,虽有一定数量的研究成果,但并不成系统,高铁站周边区域的规划仍未落实,这也为相关课题提供了研究机会。在上述背景下,本研究提出了大中型城市高铁站区功能布局模式及其适用性。通过对高铁站区与城市之间相互影响关系的深入探讨,结合大中型城市高铁站区的现状,确定大中型城市高铁站区的建设以促进城市发展为目标,实现土地集约化,枢纽立体化。本研究的重点在于大中型城市高铁站区功能布局模式的提出。本文首先确定了研究方向与内容,并对文中相关概念进行了界定。对城市触媒理论、圈层理论、TOD模式、城市设计相关理论等进行分析,明确其指导意义。深入探讨了高铁站区与城市之间的相互影响,系统解析了大中型城市高铁站区规划建设的目标与原则,归纳了大中型城市高铁站区的功能构成及功能布局的影响要素,总结了大中型城市高铁站区功能布局的模式分类。在此基础上,分别对分散式、集中式、半集中式三种功能布局模式的特点、作用、现存问题、改进策略进行分析,并通过实际工程项目进行实例验证。最后,对不同功能布局模式的适用性进行总结,通过案例借鉴,确定区域交通枢纽立体化是未来大中型城市高铁站区发展的必然趋势,并提出相关发展建议,完善课题成果覆盖面。

【Abstract】 As the 13 th Five-Year Plan published,it proposed to build a modern infrastructure network and integrated transport system so that the system will create a high-quality fast network and eaccelerate the net of high-speed rail ways.High-speed rail is an important part of an integrated transportation system,it will produce more far-reaching significance and impact,and also need to face more opportunities and challenges.Meanwhile,the status of high-speed rail station area is also rising,it was the most important part of the city in the past,but now it has become the core-area of the city network.The construction of high-speed rail station area has become a focus of many studies.But compared to the rapid development of high-speed rail,its study is lagging behind.Even though there has been some research on high-speed rail station,but they all has the limitation and the surrounding area of high-speed rail station has not been implemented so that it provides a research opportunities for related topics.Under the above background,this study proposes the function layout mode and applicability of high-speed railway stations in large and medium size cities.Through deeply studying the impact relationship between the high-speed railway station and urban and basing on the status of the high speed rail station in large and mediumsized cities,the construction of the high speed rail station in large and medium-sized cities aims to promote urban development and achieve land intensification,hub stereoscopic.The key point of this research is the proposal of the function layout mode of high-speed railway stations in large and medium size cities.The research firstly confirms the research direction and contents and then defines the relevant concepts.It also analyzes urban catalysts,concentric zone theory,TOD mode,relevant urban design theories and identifies the guiding significance.This section deeply studies the interaction between high-speed railway station and urban,systematically analyses the goal and the principle of the planning and construction of high-speed railway stations in large and medium-sized cities,sums up function structure and the influence factors of the function layout of high-speed railway stations in large and medium-sized cities,summarizes the classification of functional layout of high-speed railway stations in large and medium-sized cities.On this basis,the research analyses the characteristics,function,existing problems and improvement strategies of,distributed,centralized and semi centralized,three function layout modes,and they are proved by examples,such as the practical engineering projects.Finally,the applicability of different function layout mode are summarized,through examples,the inevitable trend of high-speed railway station in the future of the regional transportation hub stereo in the large and medium-sized cities is determined,and put forward relevant suggestions and improve the results of the subject coverage.
