纯电动汽车整车控制器测试系统研究与实现

【摘要】 安全是现在汽车学上最重要的研究课题,整车控制器作为纯电动汽车的核心部件,它的出厂测试是纯电动车合格出厂前的必经环节。随着整车控制器功能的智能化、复杂化的提升,整车控制器的测试也日益困难。如何在不影响生产线节拍满足生产要求的前提下,保证整车控制器出厂质量,是各大车厂都要面临的问题。为了提高整车控制器测试效率,本文开发了一套便携式的整车控制器自动化测试系统。本系统在Windows平台上,使用MFC完成测试系统上位机软件开发,其硬件测试平台是由微处理器MC9SDP512为核心的硬件终端、USB/CAN设备及PC机构成。测试系统通过抽象整车控制信号,模拟整车控制器运行环境。该系统可以对整车控制器硬件性能和控制策略进行系统全面的测试,从而考核整车控制器是否满足出厂要求。论文的主要研究内容如下:首先,本文在深入研究国内外整车控制器测试系统的基础上,分析了整车控制器测试系统功能需求,完成了测试系统总体方案设计。为了满足低成本、便携式特点,采用自主研发信号采集板的自动化测试方案。测试系统以微处理器MC9S12DP512为控制核心,将不同类型信号采集电路集中到一块硬件电路板上。以模块化的设计思想将测试系统下位机硬件电路分为CAN通信模块、数字信号模块、模拟信号模块和PWM信号模块。在硬件电路的基础上,完成信号采集模块和通信模块驱动编写,实现硬件终端各功能模块协调工作。然后完成测试系统上位机软件总体框架设计,完成上位机软件表示层、应用层、数据层、逻辑层和传输层各层次模块编写。应用层决定着系统的业务逻辑,分为硬件信息配置、DBC文件解析、功能测试、策略逻辑测试。本文的特点在于利用EXCEL文件和DBC文件解析导入硬件配置信息和CAN通信协议,避免了繁琐的信号录入工作,提高了系统复用性。最后,选择目标整车控制器为测试对象,进行测试系统的功能验证。使用设备线束完成测试系统与目标整车控制器的连接形成闭环系统,完成硬件配置文件导入、DBC文件解析、功能测试和策略逻辑测试功能验证。通过实验表明,测试系统可以较好地完成对整车控制器的测试和出厂合格检验,符合设计要求。目前,测试系统已投入使用,用户反映良好。
【Abstract】 Security and safety,is the most important topic for cars theory,and the vehicle controller as the core component of pure electric vehicles,plays an important part of the factory testing electric vehicles before leaving the factory qualified.With the vehicle controller function’s intellectualization and complication upgrading,testing the vehicle controller also becomes increasingly difficult.How to ensure the vehicle controller factory testing quality under the precondition that the production line speed isn’t affected to meet the production requirements,is a problem that every major depot faces.In order to improve the efficiency of the vehicle controller test,this article develops a portable automated vehicle controller test system.The system is based on the Windows platform,using MFC to complete the test system PC software development,of which hardware test platform is constituted of the test board with microprocessor MC9SDP512 as the core,USB / CAN devices and the PC together.Test system simulates the vehicle running environment by way of making vehicle signals abstract.The vehicle controller hardware performance and software control strategy can be thoroughly tested by the system,to assess whether the vehicle controller meets the manufacturer’s specifications.The main research content is as follows:On the basis of in-depth research on vehicle test system controller,analyze the vehicle controller test system functional requirements,and completes the overall test system design.In order to meet the low-cost,portable features,the automated testing solution of using microprocessor-based MC9S12DP512 test board is adopted.Vehicle test system’s controller microprocessor MC9S12DP512 as the control center concentrate different types of signal acquisition circuit to one hardware circuit board.Test system’s lower computer hardware circuit is divided into CAN communication module,digital signal modules,analog modules and PWM signal modules by the modular design concept.On the basis of the hardware circuit,complete signal acquisition module and communication module’s drivers writing,and test board’s every function is working properly.Complete the PC software’s overall framework of the test system by hierarchical structure.design and the PC software presentation layer,application layer,data layer,logic layer and the transport layer module Application layer determines the business logic of the system,which is divided into hardware configuration information,DBC file analysis,functional testing,and test strategy logic.Features of this paper are using the EXCEL file,DBC file parsing to import hardware configuration information and CAN communication protocol,reducing the workload of testers,which improves the system reusability.Finally,select the target vehicle controller as test object,to carry on the functional verification test system.Use equipment harness to complete the test system and the target vehicle controller’s connection to form a closed-loop system.Complete hardware configuration file import,DBC document analysis,functional testing and validation policy logic test function.The experiment shows that the test system can better complete the testing and factory quality inspection,and meet the design requirements.Currently,the test system has been put into use,and users gives a good feedback.
