基于ASAP标准的标定系统下位机与A2L文件研究与实现

【摘要】 随着汽车工业的飞速发展,汽车尾气带来的环境污染越发严峻,电子控制技术应运而生。电子控制单元(Electric Control Unit,ECU)是汽车必不可少的部分,ECU在既定软硬件基础上所发挥的最大性能直接由标定系统决定。随着国内外标定系统的日益发展,在传统ECU开发过程中,面对动辄上千万的代码,手写代码的弊端已不能适应时代潮流,设计一款遵循国际标准的通用型标定系统迫在眉睫。国外工程师已经能够通过Matlab/Simulink开发工具搭建仿真模型,实现代码自动生成,然而国内在这方面的研究与国外仍然有很大的差距。本文设计了一款基于国际ASAP标准的标定系统下位机,深入研究A2L文件,实现了通过Matlab自动生成驱动代码和A2L文件的功能。本文主要研究工作如下:(1)分析ASAP1国际标准,在深入理解CCP协议通信机制的基础上,开发了底层ECU驱动程序,主要包括CAN驱动程序、CCP驱动程序,同时还利用Altium Designer完成标定系统底层ECU原理图的设计,包括ECU最小系统的设计、电源模块的设计、CAN收发模块的设计,并且制作PCB印刷板,完成整个下位机软硬件的开发。(2)分析ASAP2国际标准,在深入理解Windows消息响应机制的前提下,设计一款基于MFC开源框架的可视化界面的A2L文件生成软件以及A2L文件解析软件,以解决国内A2L文件编辑器严重缺乏的状况。其中,A2L文件生成器主要包括文件预处理模块、IF_DATA模块、设备参数模块、变量属性模块、转换方法模块。同时为了A2L文件能够与ECU内部数据自动关联,还设计了A2L文件生成器能够自动解析并导入MAP文件的功能。(3)通过研究分析Simulink的自动代码生成技术,搭建了一套能够自动生成底层驱动C代码和A2L文件的标定系统下位机仿真模型。通过一键式全自动代码生成的方式,生成可执行代码文件,使模型软件到ECU的复杂过程可以轻松实现。在完成整个设计后,本文利用INCA上位机标定软件对所开发的标定系统下位机软硬件以及A2L文件生成器进行了调试,通过实验验证了底层硬件电路、驱动程序、A2L文件生成器与解析器以及模型搭建的正确性与有效性。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of automobile industry,the problem of pollution caused by auto mobile exhaust becomes more and more serious,and then the electronic control technology is arises at the historic moment.The performance of ECU is determined by the calibration system,which is an important part of a car.With the development of calibration system,traditional ECU can’t adapt to the trend of The Times in face of large amount of code,thus the design of universal calibration system is imperative.A simulation model such as Matlab and Simulink is a mathematical model that can automatically generate source code.There is a big gap between domestic and international research in this respect.Lower machine of calibration system based on ASAP standard is designed in the paper.In addition,an software is designed by Matlab,which can automatically generate driver code and A2 L file.The main research work is as follows:(1)Studying the knowledge of ASAP1 standards and CCP Communication Protocol.In this paper,the hardware circuit and underlying driver of calibration system is developed,mainly consisted of ECU module,power supply control module,CAN transceiver module,CAN driver and CCP driver.(2)By analyzing the ASAP2 standards and studying MFC message response mechanism,an A2 L file generation software and an A2 L file parsing software based on the visual interface are designed,considering the current status of lack of A2 L file generation software in domestic.A2 L file generation software includes file operation module,IF_DATA module,equipment parameter parsing module,variable attributes setting module,format conversion module.MAP file import module is designed,which supporting associated with authentic memory address of ECU internal data.(3)Studying the knowledge of automatic code generation from Matlab/Simulink for calibration system.A simulation model is built by Matlab/Simulink,which can automatically generate driver C code and A2 L file,promising ECU in proper operation.After design finished,this paper testes calibration system including hardware circuit,drivers,A2 L file generation and parsing software modules by the INCA software tool to verify the correctness of the software function module.
