面向桌面3D打印的任务管理平台研究与实现

【摘要】 三维快速成型即3D打印技术近年来得到快速的发展和广泛的应用,被许多学者认为是第三次工业革命的重要标志,“中国制造2025”也特别指出3D打印技术的重要性。桌面3D打印因具有价格低、制造成本低、操作方便等优点,已经在工业设计、模型制造、文化创意等领域得到一定的应用。桌面3D打印机主要面向大众用户,具有种类丰富、分布分散、自治性高等特点,同时也有资源闲置度高、利用率低等问题。为充分利用广域环境下多用户桌面3D打印资源,为有3D打印加工需求的用户提供更好的服务接口,本文研究了面向桌面3D打印任务和资源的管理模式,设计了相应的管理服务平台。主要内容如下:(1)从用户需求和系统需求两方面进行管理平台的需求分析与设计。从打印资源拥有者、打印资源消费者和平台管理者三个角度进行平台的用户需求分析,根据用户需求形成平台的系统需求;并以此为基础结合3D打印的特点设计了管理平台的结构,研究了管理平台的体系结构、功能结构和平台的资源管理模式,对数据库等主要功能模块进行设计。(2)3D打印任务分配方法研究。将分布式管理、组合拍卖招投标的思想应用到3D打印的任务分配中,设计了招投标任务分配的模型,将任务分配分为任务分解、资源匹配与任务发布、标的确定与投标以及标的评定与任务分配评定等步骤;引入改进遗传算法,对竞拍的标的进行评定,以成本最低为主要目标选定最佳的组合,将任务分配给相应的打印机资源拥有者;用实例对方法进行了仿真实验分析,证明了方法的有效性。(3)3D打印任务调度方法研究。针对打印资源拥有者的3D打印机之间打印任务的调度进行研究,结合3D打印任务一次成型、任务种类丰富等的特点,以加工时间短且成本低为主要目标,设计了一种适应3D打印工艺特点的任务调度方法,并用改进进化算法进行了优化,用实例验证了该方法的有效性。(4)3D打印管理平台的实现。应用SSH开发框架搭建开发环境,采用Mysql相关理论对管理平台的数据库进行设计,结合平台的功能需求,实现平台的主要功能,包括用户的注册和管理、资源的注册管理以及任务发布、分配和调度等功能。

【Abstract】 3D Rapid Prototyping,also known as 3D Printing Technology,has been developing quickly and widely applied to many fields,recognized as the important symbol for the Third Industrial Revolution.“Made in China 2025” has particularly highlighted the importance of 3D Printing Technology.Due to the advantage of its low price and cost and easy operation,Desktop 3D Printing has been widely adopted in the fields of industrial design,mould manufacturing and cultural innovation.Desktop 3D Printing majorly targets the public users with its features of various types,wide distribution and high administration.With the purpose of utilizing the Desktop 3D Printing resource of their owners in a wide environment and providing a better service interface for the uses with demand of processing 3D Printing,this paper studies the management model based on the 3D Printing tast and resource and designs a corresponding management and service platform.Major content are listed as follows:(1)The paper analyzes and designs the demand of management platform focusing on the demand of users and the system.The analysis of the demand of users is based on three perspectives of printing resource owners,printing resource consumers and platform managers.The demand of users forms the demand of the system.The paper later designs a management platform structure based on the above two demands and the features of 3D Printing,studies the systematic structure,functional structure and control model of management platform and designs the major functional modules of the database.(2)The paper researches into the task distribution methods of 3D Printing.The paper applies the concepts of distributed management,combinatorial auction and tendering and bidding into the order task distribution of 3D Printing,designs a distribution model based on tendering and bidding and divides the order task distribution into several procedures such as task division,resource match and task issue,affirmance of the bid and evaluation of the bid as well as tendering and bidding,and the task distribution evaluation.The model also introduces and improves genetic algorithm to evaluate the bid,selects the best combination with lowest cost and distributes the task to its corresponding printer resource owners.The paper adopts the actual examples to analyze the methods in a simulation experiments and prove the effectiveness of the methods.(3)The paper explores the task dispatching methods.A task dispatching method suiting technical and artistic features of 3D printing is designed by probing into the dispatch of printing tasks within the 3D printing workshops of printing resource owners,combing the features of once-forming and multiple types of tasks of 3D Printing tasks and aiming at reducing the processing time and cost.The dispatch method is further optimized by Improved Evolutionary Algorithm.The paper adopts the actual examples to prove the effectiveness of the dispatch method.(4)The paper aims to achieve a 3D Printing management platform.Major modules of the platform is achieved by using SSH development framework to construct a developing environment,adopting Mysql to design the database of the platform and combing the functional demand of the platform.Major modules of the platform enables the registry and management of users and resource and the issue,distribution and dispatch of the task.
