面向建材装备制造企业的生产调度研究与系统应用

【摘要】 随着经济的迅猛发展,产品的生产成本不断提高,建材装备制造企业面临着巨大的压力。如何改善自身的生产水平、降低生产成本、提高企业的核心竞争力是建材装备制造企业不得不解决的问题。生产调度是建材装备制造企业生产管理的核心,也是整个企业管理最烦琐和最难管理的环节。一个好的调度方案对于提高企业的管理水平,增强企业的市场竞争力有着重要意义,基于此,论文以建材装备制造企业为研究对象,进行面向建材装备制造企业的生产调度研究。主要研究内容概括如下:(1)分析了建材装备制造企业的发展现状,描述了建材装备制造企业在生产管理上存在的问题,并对生产调度相关理论进行了研究,综述了生产调度问题的国内外研究现状。(2)在分析建材装备制造企业业务流程和生产管理现状的基础上,指出了生产管理系统的应用对于企业管理水平的提升以及企业核心竞争力的提升所具有的重大意义。同时对于企业实际调度中遇到的问题,以精益生产为指导,从降低成本,缩短工期,提高设备利用率等角度出发,提出了相应的改进意见。(3)针对建材装备制造企业大型、单件、小批量模式下订单驱动的生产调度问题,根据建材装备制造企业的实际业务流程和特点,建立了一种综合考虑生产总时间和生产总成本的生产调度模型。(4)在分析传统蜜蜂算法的基础上,从提高初始种群和外来种群质量、引入外来种群规模调整算子、引入与适应度和差异度联合相关的遗传选择算子和引入灾变算子等方面改进传统蜜蜂算法,有效地解决了传统蜜蜂算法过早收敛以及易陷入局部最优解的问题,提高了算法的实用性;随后运用改进的蜜蜂算法求解建材装备制造企业生产调度模型,并通过对比的模拟仿真,验证了算法改进的有效性。(5)结合建材装备制造企业的实际业务流程和生产管理特点,设计并开发了建材装备制造企业生产管理信息系统,该系统作为企业数字化制造平台的重要组成部分,已经在企业获得了良好的应用,通过验收并申请获得了计算机软件著作权证书。
【Abstract】 The production cost of the product is increasing with the rapid development of the economy.The building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises are facing tremendous pressure.The building materials and equipment enterprises have to solve the problem that how to improve the level of production,how to reduce production costand how to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprises.Production scheduling is not only the core of the building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprise’s production management,but also the most complicated and the most difficult part of the entire business management.A good scheduling scheme is very important to improve the management level of the enterprise and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.On the basis of this,the articlestudies on production scheduling for building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises with the building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises as the research object.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis the development status of the building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises,describe the problems that exist inproduction management of the building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises,study the production scheduling theory and review the domestic and foreignresearch situationin production scheduling problem.(2)After the analysis of the building materials and equipment manufacturingenterprises’ business process and production scheduling process,it points out that the application of production management system is significant to improve the enterprise management level and the core competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time for the problem that enterprise encountered in the real scheduling,the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestionsfrom lower costs,shorten working hours,improving the utilization rate of equipment with the guidance of lean production.(3)For the building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises’ production scheduling problem that is underlarge,single,small batch mode and driven by order,according to the actual business process and characteristics of building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprise,establish a production scheduling model considering the total production time and the total production cost.(4)The papers do some promotions on traditional bee algorithmby increasing the initial population and foreign population quality,bringing in the selection operator,theadaptation operator and the cataclysm operator.Effectively solve the problem that traditional bee algorithmpremature convergence and easily fall into the local optimal solution.Improve the practicability of the algorithm,and use the improved algorithm to solve the bee production scheduling model.Through simulation comparison,verify the algorithm is effective.(5)Combined with the building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises’ actual business process and characteristics of its production and management,design and developthe building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprise’s production management system.Thesystem,as an important part of enterprise digital manufacturing platform,has been in to a good using in the enterprise.Through the acceptance and get the application of the computer software copyright certificate.
