基于ZIGBEE无线数据通信的纽扣光电检测系统的研究

【摘要】 本论文重点针对温州市纽扣产业产品质量水平的提升,满足国际市场的需求,研制了一个基于温州纽扣实际情况的物联网系统,开发了基于Zigbee无线数据通信纽扣E18-D50NK光电检测的系统。基于Zigbee的应用是物联网发展的一个重要分支,温州纽扣机器计数的网络自动化检测是灵活的应用了Zigbee技术。本文首先调研了温州纽扣实际市场,并由此研究了Zigbee网络的特点,结合真实情况,实现了基于Zigbee的无线数据通信的纽扣E18-D50NK光电检测的系统研究。主要研究工作如下:(1)分析了温州纽扣市场,温州纽扣市场具有较大的生产规模,同时针对纽扣市场工艺所存在的缺陷和无线数据通信在相关行业的应用,提出了物联网中Zigbee的技术解决的方案。(2)研究了Zigbee无线数据的通信网络的所有特点,根据温州纽扣生产加工实际现状,合理地设计了关于温州纽扣机器实际状况的Zigbee网络的组网方案,并在试验中模拟了组网设计的具体解决方案,由此设计基于Zigbee无线数据通信纽扣光电检测的整个方案。(3)考虑到需要在上位机进行串口通信和界面的编程工作,本论文采用以C#为开发语言,开发了一款基于串口通信的上位机APP,将终端节点采集到的数据按照指定的格式添加时间显示在界面上。(4)实验是由编写好的下位机和上位机程序组成,模拟纽扣计数的整个无线数据通信流程终端节点配合路由器协调器组网,并利用Packet Sinffer工具对Zigbee网络中初始化、组网、数据包进行了分析和验证。本论文的研究工作对推动温州纽扣产业的发展和物联网技术在实际工作中的应用具有一定的理论意义和使用价值。
【Abstract】 Aiming to the button industry quality ascension of wenzhou city,meeting the demand of the international markets.It has been developed a photoelectric detection system which based on the ZIGBEE wireless data communication in the thesis.The research work of this paper has promoted the development of wenzhou button industry and the Internet of things technology application in the actual work had a certain theoretical significance and valuable using.The Zigbee application was an important branch in the development of the Internet of things.The automated counting of wenzhou button machines was the flexible application of Zigbee network technology.This paper has been focusing on the button industry of wenzhou city,studied the characteristics of the Zigbee network.achieved a photoelectric detection system which based on the ZIGBEE wireless data communication.The main research work was just as follows:(1)It has been analyzed the button industry in wenzhou,the wenzhou button industry which had a larger scale of production,focusing on the deficiency of the process for the buttons and also the application of wireless data communication in related industries,Proposed a solution of Zigbee technology in the internet of things in the thesis.(2)It has been studied the characteristics of the Zigbee network,according to the actual production and processing situation in wenzhou button industry,reasonably designed a plan which based on the Zigbee Network,and simulated the design of specific solution in the experiment,by this way,designed the whole solution which based on the Zigbee Network in the thesis.(3)Considering the need to be done on the PC and serial communication interface programming work,used c # as the development language,developed a PC APP based on serial communication,collected the data of the terminal node and,displayed it in the interface according to the specified format.(4)The experiment has consisted of the underlying program and superordination machine program,analoged the whole process of wireless data communication,which included the button counting of terminal nodes and the communication of coordinate nodes as well as the router nodes,analysised and verificated the initialization,network,packet-data in Zigbee network by using the Packet Sinffer tools.
