谐波发电在轮毂式电动汽车电磁离合装置中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文所研究内容的是在电机的转子端设计一套谐波发电线圈,利用气隙中相对于转子运动的磁场,在谐波发电线圈上感应出电动势。利用谐波发电技术可以很好地解决实验组遇到的给转子端电磁离合器供电的问题。谐波发电线圈感应出的电动势经过升压整流后,为转子上的电池充电,电池为转子端的电磁离合器和无线装置供电。与干电池供电相比,谐波发电省去了频繁更换电池的麻烦,与经过滑环从外电路供电方式相比,他省去了滑环和电刷,使转子端供电更加可靠。文章首先从理论上分析了转子端谐波发电可能的能量来源,证明了谐波发电的可行性。分两部分进行,第一部分分析转子端永磁体激发的齿谐波磁场,讨论齿谐波的极对数和相对转子的旋转速度。第二部分分析了电枢绕组激发的相对于转子旋转的磁场,着重分析了实验平台所用的46极,51槽分数槽集中绕组永磁同步电机,分析该款电机产生的各种相对于转子运动的谐波极对数和旋转速度,并利用Ansoft按实际电机尺寸设计电机模型,在电机半速半载情况下设计谐波发电线圈的匝数和绕制位置。按设计出的谐波发电线圈绕制方法在电机转子上绕制。根据谐波发电线圈感应出的电动势幅值和负载确定变压器的变比,并设计后端充电电路。最后在实验平台上测量电机在半速半载境况下,探测线圈感应电动势大小,并证实谐波发电的可行性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a set of harmonic-generating coils in rotor are designed,which will induce electromotive force by utilizing the magnetic field of relative motion to rotor in air gap.The problem of offering electrical power to the magnetic clutch in the rotor is well resolved by the techlonogy of harmonic generation.After boosted and rectified,the induced electromotive force will charge the battery in rotor,and the battery will provide power for the electromagnetic clutch and wireless device in rotor.This kind of harmonic generation in rotor solves the problem of power supply of the low power device in rotor.Comparing to power supply from dry battery,the problem of frequently changing battery is avoided;comparing to power supply from external circuit via slip ring,there is no need to use slip ring and brush.Thus,the power supply of rotor is more reliable.First,the possible energy sources of harmonic generation in rotor are analyzed theoretically,and the feasibility of harmonic generation is proved.Then,the research is divided into two parts.For the first part,tooth harmonic magnetic field excited by permanent magnet in rotor is analyzed,and the number of pole-pairs and the rotational speed of relative motion to rotor are discussed.For the second part,the magnetic field of relative motion to rotor excited by armature winding is analyzed,and fractional-groove-concentrated-winding permanent magnet synchronous motor with the 46-pole 51-slot in experiment platform is emphatically analyzed.For the motor,the number of pole-pairs and rotational speed of harmonic that is of relative motion to rotor are analyzed.The motor model is designed according to the actual size with the aid of finite element analysis software Ansoft.The number of turns and winding position of harmonic-generating coil is designed in the case of half speed half load.The harmonic-generating coil is wound in the rotor of the motor according to the designed winding method.The ratio of transformer is completed according to the amplitude of the electromotive force induced by harmonic-generating coil and load,and the charging circuit in the rear-end is designed.Finally,in the case of half speed half load,the feasibility of harmonic generation is verified.
