随动式静电粉末喷涂系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 在涂装业,静电粉末喷涂技术已经成为时下主流。区别于传统的喷漆涂装技术,粉末涂料属于固体,不含挥发性有害物质,结合静电效应,粉末涂料即可附着到工件表面,经过高温固化熔融一次性形成所需涂膜,厚度均匀、整洁光滑,质量和性能也在溶剂涂膜之上。此外,喷涂过程中过剩的粉末可通过粉末回收设备吸收处理再利用,利用率高达98%以上。毫无疑问,静电粉末涂装技术更加绿色、安全、经济和高效。就我国中小型企业来说,自动化程度比较低,在喷涂工作过程中,多采用手动喷涂的方式,工人时常处在有毒粉末包围的环境中,严重影响着工人的身体健康,涂膜质量也因为工人技术水平的高低而参差不齐。本文以喷涂流水线上防盗门的静电喷涂生产为研究对象,针对以上问题,设计研究了一种随动式静电粉末喷涂设备,能够实现跟随工件的运行同步完成喷涂任务。论文的主要研究内容包括:1.根据企业施工要求,在查阅大量文献资料,和赴生产企业实地调研的基础上,提出合理的静电粉末喷涂设备总体设计方案;2.在合理规划喷涂路线的基础上,根据喷涂动作的行程,运行稳定性等要求,确定了包括同步带、滚珠丝杠为主要动系传动方式的喷涂系统。并完成设备机械结构的设计计算和详细结构设计,提出喷粉室防尘结构设计,在UG环境中建立设备的三维模型;3.在已完成的机械结构设计基础上,利用ANSYS Workbench对设备的关键零部件进行有限元分析和优化设计,确保足够强度刚度的基础上,优化和完善相关尺寸和结构形状,从而提升设备的综合性能;4.根据设备的运行动作和性能要求,设计控制系统总体方案,绘制控制原理图,完成硬件选型以及软件编程。

【Abstract】 The electrostatic powder spraying technology has been used extensively in the coating industry.Different from the traditional painting process,painting powder is a kind of solid without volatile harmful substances.The powder coating can be attached to the top of stock by electrostatic effect,then the film is formed after melting solidification of high temperature.The film thickness is uniform,and its surface is smooth and neat,the quality and performance are also better than solvent coating.The surplus powder in spraying process can be collected and recycling,so the utilization rate of powder can be over 98%.There is no doubt that electrostatic powder coating technology is more green,safe,economic and efficient.Chinese Small and Medium Enterprises is of low automation degree,in the spraying process,workers usually adopt manual spraying way so that they are surrounded by the toxic powder which may have a significant impact on health.And the qualities of film vary greatly between workers.This study aimed to investigate the electrostatic powder spraying on security door by designing a servo electrostatic spraying equipment to complete spraying and handling the workpieces concurrently.The main research contents of the thesis include:1.According to the construction requirements of enterprises,on the basis of consulting a lot of literature and on field research of production enterprises,a reasonable design scheme of electrostatic powder spraying equipment is proposed;2.On the basis of the reasonable planning of spraying line,according to the spray action,running stability requirements,determine the consists of synchronous belt,ball screw as the main drive mode of spraying system.The design calculation and detailed structure design of the mechanical structure of the equipment were completed,and the dustproof structure design of the powder room was put forward,and the three-dimensional model of the equipment was established in the UG environment;3.On the basis of the completed mechanical structure,the finite element analysis and optimization design were used to the key parts of the equipment by ANSYS Workbench to optimize the relevant dimension and structural shape under a sufficient strength and rigidity premise.Thus,the comprehensive properties of the equipment were improved greatly;4.Based on the operation and performance requirement of the device,the overallcontrol system scheme is designed,control diagram designing,hardware selecting and software programming were completed.
