基于虚拟仪器的工业控制器温度测试系统

【摘要】 工业控制器对现代制造业的发展有着非常重要的作用。尽管现代控制器的种类、功能和应用范围有所不同,但它们都离不开正常安全运行的指标要求。控制器是工业生产的核心部分,相当于人类的大脑中枢,其性能的优劣对工业生产有着至关重要的影响。因此研制一套现代化测试系统很有必要,一是完善和健全了现有的测试技术,二是对生产企业的传统测试设备进行了升级改造。积极采用新时代智能化设备、新工艺和新技术,对现代测试系统的便携性和快速性起到指导作用,并逐渐完善了一套标准的行业测试规范和依据。首先,本课题以LabVIEW为开发软件配以测试功能相同的虚拟仪器(Virtual Instrument,简称VI)为硬件,完成信号采集模块的输入输出接口的安装,最终再完成信号的采集、测量与分析。根据用户的需求,设计人员开发具有良好人机交互能力的计算机仪器系统,全部测试功能由开发的测试软件来实现。此系统是以虚拟仪器为硬件和LabVIEW为开发软件的工业注塑机控制器温度测试系统。该系统采用NI PXIe-8840控制器,通过在NI PXIe-1087机箱的4号插槽用铂热电阻数据采集卡NI PXIe-4357进行数据采集,传输到NI PXIe-8840控制器。至此,整个测试系统开发完成以后,运用软件的方法对整个测试系统进行校准。校准完成以后,再对工业注塑机控制器的温度进行测试,并显示在LabVIEW的后台界面上,并生成实时数据测试报告。其次,本课题的温度测试包括温度在线测试、温度控制精度测试和温度指示精度测试三大类。这三种测试项目因为各自所实现的功能不一样,所以它们不论是在软件设计还是硬件构造方面,都存在一定的差别。总之,软件方面,选用LabVIEW为开发工具,不仅开发周期时间短,而且这款软件是开发测量或控制系统的最佳选择。最后,测试和显示结果表明,该测试系统有着人机界面友好、直观、精度高和安全可靠的特点,还有着强大的数据可视化分析和控制仪表能力,而且操作简单,便于值班人员报表的生成。从温度在线测试、温度控制精度测试和温度指示精度测试结果中分析,最终选取以温度控制精度的测试结果作为工业注塑机控制器校准的数据来源。其中以整个测试系统的测量值数据为标准,注塑机控制器显示屏上的显示值作为校正值。最后运用数据拟合原理,得出显示值和测量值的关系。这样,以后在注塑机控制器面板上读取的温度值,根据拟合的关系便可以得到相应测试采集点的准确值。
【Abstract】 Industrial controllers play a very important role in the development of modern manufacturing industry.Although the types,functions and applications of modern controllers are different,Although the types,functions,and applications of modern controllers vary,they all depend on the indicators for normal safe operation.The controller is the core part of the industrial production,which is equivalent to the human brain center.The performance of the controller has a crucial influence on industrial production.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop a modern testing system.First,it perfects and perfects the existing testing technology.Second,it upgrades the traditional testing equipment of the production company.Actively adopting intelligent equipment,new processes and new technologies will play a guiding role in the portability and rapidity of modern test systems,and gradually improved a set of standard industry test specifications and basis.First of all,this project uses LabVIEW as the development software and virtual instrument(Virtual Instrument,abbreviated as VI)with the same testing function as the hardware to complete the installation of the input and output interfaces of the signal acquisition module,and finally complete the signal acquisition,measurement and analysis.According to the needs of users,designers develop computer system with good human-machine interaction ability.All testing functions are implemented by developing test software.This system is the controller temperature test system of the industrial injection molding machine,which uses the virtual instrument as the hardware and the LabVIEW as the development software.The system uses an NI PXIe-8840 controller and transmits data to the NI PXIe-8840 controller using the NI PXIe-4357 platinum Thermal Resistance Data acquisition card in slot 4 of the NI PXIe-1087 chassis.At this point,after the completion of the whole test system,the whole test system is calibrated with the method of software.After the calibration is completed,the temperature of the industrial injection molding machine controller is tested and displayed on the back-end interface of LabVIEW,and a real-time data test report is generated.Secondly,the temperature test of this subject includes three categories: temperature on-line test,temperature control accuracy test,and temperature indication accuracy test.Because these three test items have different functions,so they are different in software design or hardware structure.In short,in terms of software,choosing LabVIEW as development tool is not only short development cycle time,but also the best choice for developing measurement or control system.Finally,the test and display results show that the test system has the characteristics of friendly man-machine interface,intuitive,high accuracy and safety and reliability,as well as a powerful data visualization analysis and control instrument capabilities,and it is easy to operate and generate reports on duty.Analyze from the temperature on-line test,temperature control accuracy test and temperature indication test result,and finally select the test result with temperature control accuracy as the data source for the calibration of the industrial injection molding machine controller.The measurement value data of the whole test system is the standard,and the display value on the control screen of the injection molding machine is used as the correction value.In this way,after reading the temperature value on the controller display screen of the injection molding machine,the exact value of the corresponding test collection point can be obtained according to the fitting relationship.Finally,the relationship between the display value and the measured value is obtained by using the principle of data fitting.
