【摘要】 随着改革开放的深入和户籍制度的取消,农村青壮年劳动力进城务工形成农民工群体,同时这些农民工的孩子留在农村形成了农村留守儿童群体,并出现了一系列的留守儿童成长危机,主要表现为监护问题、亲子依恋问题、社会化问题、心理健康问题、道德问题、学业问题以及违法犯罪问题等,这既对留守儿童的个人成长、也对社会的发展有着深远的影响。本研究运用结构式家庭疗法为干预手段,以一名出现成长危机的农村留守儿童为服务对象开展个案工作,介入其家庭结构和成长危机问题,从而探索结构式家庭疗法对农村留守儿童成长危机及其家庭结构的干预效果,反思结构式家庭疗法的优势与不足,为农村留守儿童这一特殊群体的成长危机提供实践的参考。在对案主的成长危机进行介入的过程中,针对案主面临的亲子关系疏离、敏感脆弱和自卑、人际交往能力差和监护不当等成长危机,笔者在结构式家庭疗法的指导下,将案主的成长危机视为病态的家庭结构导致的家庭功能缺失的结果,由此致力于重建案主的家庭结构,健康的家庭结构有利于保障家庭的教育、情感和保护功能,从而为案主的成长提供支持,帮助案主走出成长危机状态。健康的家庭结构也使得案主家庭能够适应环境的变化,增强案主和其家庭面对困境,解决问题的能力。回顾整个介入过程,笔者深感在以下方面未做到专业的社会工作者的水准:1、对结构式家庭疗法的理解不够深入,未能严格遵守结构式家庭疗法的介入步骤的指导,在介入的过程中带有自发性,影响了介入效率;2、结构式家庭疗法注重重建案主的家庭结构,但是案主所处的农村社区也是案主成长所处环境,且在这个环境中,也存在很多其他的面临成长危机的留守儿童,笔者未能对此进行及时干预,因而在服务的深度和广度方面有限;3、由于笔者能力有限,在制定个案工作计划时,准备工作不足,未能对案主的家庭功能进行前测,缺乏前后测的对比,因此未能使介入效果更明显地体现出来。更多还原

【Abstract】 With deep development of our country’s reform and openning-up and the abolishment of household registration systerm,the peasant workers,as a part of urban industrial labor,have been a special group and meanwhile,their kids have been another special group,the left-behind child,who are easily in growth crises,which show up as the problems of guardianship,parent-child attachment,socialization,mental health,morality,study and crime.These problems have a profound effect on the development of the left-behind child and the society.This study uses Structure family therapy as a means of intervention,taking a teenager,who was in growth crisis,to carry out social work service object.The goals of the social work service are to explore the effects of Structure family therapy when being applied to handle the growth crisis of left-behind child,reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of the Structural family therapy,and provide references for the practice of intervening the growth-crisis of the left-behind child.In the course of intervening the growth-crisis of the client,I aimed at mainly on the growth crisis of the client which showed as the relation of parenthood alienation,the client’s crisis of Psychologically vulnerable,sensitive and low self-esteem,the client’s poor interpersonal skills and the custody misconducts,under the guide of Structure family therapy.Structural-family-treatment,which is made up of certain basic hypotheses and steps,is mainly used to solve different problems caused by unhealthy family structure,so the client’s growth crises were seen as the result of his mobid family structure.So the service aims to rebuild the family structure.The healthy family structure is beneficial to guaranteeing the educational,affectional and protective functions of the family,which not only can provide support for client’s growth and help him work through the growth crisis,but also it can help the family adapt to circumstances change,thereby increasing the client’s capacity to solve the problems.The intervention of process,in retrospect,has impressed on me its complexity,which makes me realize my deficiency to be a professional social work.I think this study falls short in several aspects,including the shallow of understanding the Structure family therapy,which makes the sevice not very efficient;the constraints of Structure family therapy,ignoring the rural community’s evironment,which also dose matter for client’s growth;the poorly preparation I had made,which led the study to a lack of pretest of the family function.更多还原
