【摘要】 复杂光机装置组成复杂,涉及零部件数量庞大,其中精密光学元件安装、运维过程有较高工艺要求,交互式电子手册可以为现场人员提供技术资料支持,手册涵盖光机装置安装运维过程全要素信息,能够有效的提高安装维护效率,保障光机装置顺利运行。本文将交互式电子手册系统划分为编著管理浏览三个子系统,对子系统功能需求进行分析。对安装、运行、维护三种不同的任务模式流程分析和功能需求分析,使其能够满足任务需求。本文以层次模型描述光机装置结构组成,以面向对象的方法分析了手册用户模型和辅助资源信息对象模型,通过建立安装运维任务TSK模型,描述任务对象的信息需求,在上述几点基础上建立了光机装置安装运维任务相关全要素信息集。本文采用数据模块为信息组织方法,对GJB6600标准进行裁剪后生成的信息编码方式实现对数据模块和信息对象的标识和管理。选用XML作为数据模块信息描述语言,在SQL server数据库内完成数据的存储和管理,通过XLT和CSS完成了数据到浏览信息的转换。以VS2010为开发平台,采用ASP.NET框架和B/S架构搭建满足系统/任务需求的交互式安装运维电子手册原型系统,以光机装置模块安装运维三种任务过程为例,验证了交互式电子手册的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The complex optical and machine device involves a large number of parts.The technological requirements of installation and maintenance process are strictly.The interactive electronic manual can provide technical support for the task.The manual contains the full information of the task process,which can effectively improve the Task efficiency,and ensure the smooth running of the optical machine device.The interactive electronic manual system is divided into three subsystems.The functional requirements of these sub systems are analyzed,and ADO.NET is used as the database access method to communicate with the database.In the end,acquire the functional need of the task by analysis the process of the three kind of task.A hierarchical model is used to describe the structure of the optical machine device.An object oriented method is used to analyze the user model and the auxiliary resource information object model.Through the establishment the TSK model of the installation and maintenance task,the information requirement of the task object is described.On the basis of the above points,the information set of the installation /operation / maintenance tasks of the optical device are set up.Information is organized by data module method.In order to generate the required information encoding method of identify and manage data module,the GJB6600 standard is cut.Choose XML as the information description language of the data module,SQL server as database.And data is transformed through the XLT and CSS.Take vs2010 as the development platform.Use the ASP.NET framework and B/S framework to build an interactive installation and maintenance electronic manual prototype system that meets the requirements witch analysis in the fourth chapter.The feasibility of the prototype system is verified by the example of the three kinds of tasks of the optical and machine component.更多还原
