WiFi Mesh融合网络组播传输优化的研究与实现

【摘要】 近年来,WiFi技术在无线通信中因其使用便捷和传输速度快,在人们的日常工作和生活中有着广泛的应用。WiFi Mesh网络是一种结合WiFi技术的无线网状网,相比传统WLAN网络,有着覆盖范围广、组网便利和结构灵活等优势,正成为当下无线通信领域的研究重点。因此,结合实际应用场景,针对WiFi Mesh网络中的数据传输优化进行研究具有重要的实际价值。当前,WiFi Mesh网络只能使用无线节点进行数据传输,但无线链路相比有线链路存在易受干扰和传输带宽较低等不足。同时,在视频流传输等日常家庭生活的场景中,组播传输有着广泛的应用。但是,组播数据在WiFi Mesh网络默认以广播的形式进行传输,有着传输开销大和传输性能较低等不足。因此,基于上诉WiFi Mesh网络中数据传输的现有不足,本文提出WiFi Mesh网络融合有线网络方案,在提升网络传输带宽的同时还将有效保证传输的稳定性。同时,本文还针对WiFi Mesh网络中的组播传输,提出一种组播数据转换为到组播组成员的单播的传输优化方案,在减少传输开销的同时提升网络整体传输性能。本文首先研究并提出在现有WiFi Mesh网络中无缝融合有线网络方案,给出方案整体设计思路以及关键技术,同时在方案中对有线链路中的Metric计算公式进行了优化,以改进路由发现过程中的网络节点之间的负载平衡性,提升网络性能。随后,本文针对组播传输在WiFi Mesh网络内的现有不足,提出WiFi Mesh网络内组播转单播的传输优化方案,给出方案的设计思路以及其中的关键技术。同时在方案中提出零拷贝和消除重复报文的优化策略,并且还研究设计出多根节点网络中根节点的选择策略,以提升网络中多个根节点之间的负载均衡效果。最后,本文对所研究的方案进行了实现和测试。在测试中验证了融合有线网络方案及组播转单播方案工作的正确性并展示了本文方案在传输性能及传输稳定性上的提升效果。
【Abstract】 In recent years,WiFi technology has been widely used in people’s daily work and life because of its convenient use and fast transmission speed in wireless communication.WiFi Mesh network is a kind of wireless mesh network combined with WiFi technology.Compared with traditional WLAN networks,it has the advantages of wide coverage,convenient networking,and flexible structure.It is becoming a research focus in the current wireless communication field.Therefore,according to the practical application scenario,it is of great practical value to study the data transmission optimization in the WiFi Mesh network.Currently,WiFi Mesh networks can only use wireless nodes for data transmission,but wireless links are more vulnerable to interference and lower transmission bandwidth than wired links.At the same time,multicast transmission has a wide range of applications in everyday home life such as video streaming.However,the multicast data is transmitted in the form of broadcast by default on the WiFi Mesh network,which has the disadvantages of large transmission overhead and low transmission performance.Therefore,based on the shortcomings of the data transmission in the WiFi Mesh network,this paper proposes an innovative fusion of the WiFi Mesh network into the wired network solution,which will increase the transmission bandwidth of the network and effectively guarantee the stability of the transmission.At the same time,this dissertation also proposes an optimized transmission scheme for the multicast transmission in WiFi Mesh network,which can convert the multicast data into the unicast of the multicast group members,and improve the overall transmission performance of the network while reducing the transmission overhead.This paper first studies and proposes the seamless integration of wired network solutions in the existing WiFi Mesh network,and gives the overall design ideas and key technologies of the solution.At the same time,the Metric formula in wired links is optimized in the solution to improve route discovery.Load balancing between network nodes in the process improves network performance.In the following,this dissertation proposes the transmission optimization scheme of multicast to unicast in the WiFi Mesh network,aiming at the existing shortcomings of multicast transmission in the WiFi Mesh network,and gives the design ideas and key technologies of the scheme.At the same time,in the scheme,the zero-copy and elimination of duplicate message optimization strategies are proposed innovatively,and the selection strategy of the root node in a multiple-node network is also studied to improve the load balancing effect among multiple root nodes in the network.Finally,this paper implements and tests the research scheme.In the test,the correctness of the converged wired network solution and the multicast-to-unicast solution was verified,and the improvement effect of the proposed solution on transmission performance and transmission stability was demonstrated.
