【摘要】 近年来信息技术高速发展,同时银行对内部安全管理需求不断提升,使用门禁技术对出入银行的人员信息进行管理已经成为众多银行的一种普遍的做法。门禁管理系统应用的范围非常广泛,如可以用在办公大楼、企业、小区以及其他的场所内。使用门禁管理系统不仅可以完成对出入人员的信息的管理,同时也能够完成对企业内部人员的考勤、请假以及相关的统计报表等功能,所以说门禁管理系统已经成为企业进行信息化建设过程中一项不可或缺的组成部分。本文采用面向对象的设计思想,对北京银行门禁信息管理系统的设计和实现过程进行了详细描述。本文在第一章节对北京银行门禁管理系统设计的目的、意义进行了简要的描述,随后从北京银行门禁信息管理系统的规划入手,采用实地调研的方式,对用户对门禁管理系统的功能需求进行了仔细的分析,同时从技术、经济和社会等方面对系统进行了可行性方面的叙述。在需求分析阶段,对系统需实现的功能和用户功能设置及控制需求进行了详细的描述。在设计阶段,对门禁管理系统的系统结构、系统的功能结构设计、系统的数据库设计、系统的功能模块图进行了描述。最后,阐述使用JAVA技术、SQL Server 2008数据库技术开发系统功能和模块的过程。本文设计的门禁管理系统在设立于乌鲁木齐市的北京银行分行经过一段时间的试运行后,降低了银行对安全管理的投入成本,减轻了安保部门的工作强度,提高了该部门的工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information technology and the unceasing enhancement of safety consciousness of enterprise,the use of access control technology to manage the information of in and out of the enterprise has become a common practice of many enterprises.Access control management system is applied broadly.It can be used in the office buildings,housing estate and the others places.Using the access control management system not only manage the information of in and out but also can complete some other businesses for enterprise such as attendance,ask for leave and statistic report form etc.Thus,access control management system is an indispensable component for the information construction of enterprise.The dissertation adopts object-oriented design method and describes the design and implementation process of Bank of Beijing access control management system in detail.In the first chapter,the dissertation elaborates the goal and significance to develop Bank of Beijing access control management system.Then,starting from the planning of Bank of Beijing access control management system,it carefully analyzes the function requirement of Bank of Beijing access control management system that users needed with the method of field investigation.From the aspects of technology,economic and society analyzes the feasibility of the system development.In the phase of system requirement analysis,the dissertation describes system function and system role in detail.In the phase of system design,it designs system architecture,system function module structure and database.Finally,it describes the implementation process of the system which is developed by JAVA technology and SQL Server 2008 in detail.After a period of trial operation of the access control management system of this dissertation in Bank of Beijing branch in Urumqi,it reduces the cost of the bank for safety management and reduces the work intensity of security department and improves the efficiency of users.更多还原
