基于保信系统的继电保护在线监测评价管理系统的应用研究

【摘要】 随着电网建设规模和继保设备数量的增加,传统的继电保护周期检修工作的负面效应也逐渐显现,因此,状态检修工作已经成为电力系统的继电保护检修维护工作发展的方向。然而,继电保护状态检修技术的应用必须以继保设备的全面监测为基础,因此,现有的电网设备智能化和信息化管理水平亟需步上新的台阶。但目前继电保护二次设备的装置运行状态在线监测系统大多存在扩展功能少,综合评价分析能力不足的情况。现有的运行状态在线监测系统(保护及故障信息系统、录波装置等)虽存在大量的信息数据,但应用程度较低,导致现有的保护信息数据不能自动过滤分类、梳理分析,不能提供给人员评价报告、预警报告、特维报告、动作诊断报告等直观可用的有效信息。因此,建立信息化、智能化、一体化的在线检测评价管理系统对于继电保护状态检修的应用具有重要的推动意义,本文基于佛山电网现有的继电保护故障信息系统,对继电保护在线监测评价管理系统进行了深入的应用研究。首先,本文结合国内外状态检修发展水平与佛山地区实际情况阐述了设备状态监测评价的背景和意义;通过分析佛山电网设备在线监测的情况,引出了佛山电网基于继电保护故障信息系统应用研究继电保护在线监测评价管理系统的必要性。通过分析继电保护状态评价相关理论的概念、监测内容及监测方法,结合佛山供电局现有的继电保护设备的实际情况和在线监测发展水平,对佛山电网继电保护状态评价、动作行为诊断、专业特巡等功能需求及模块需求进行深入分析。其次,本文结合佛山电网原有继电保护故障信息系统的信息资源、设备资源、网络结构情况,设计继电保护在线监测评价管理系统项目的总体框架,对系统实现框架的设计原则、功能定位进行深入研究。通过对系统的结构、功能、以及与继电保护故障信息系统的接口进行规范设计等方面的分析,设计系统的实现框架、功能需求,设计要求、软件结构和系统网络拓扑结构。再次,本文深入研究了继电保护在线监测评价管理系统―一主+二子‖的应用。结合现阶段继电保护的在线监测需求,从系统界面设计、数据配置、数据计算模型、功能配置、流程设计等方面对系统应用进行了详细研究,最后实现了把继电保护设备的远程监控、状态评价预警、专业特维、动作行为诊断功能集成为一体的具有高度智能化、自动化的继电保护在线监测评价管理系统。最后,针对继电保护在线监测评价管理系统在佛山220k V电网典型变电站的应用情况进行效果分析,以220k V瑶岗站220k V瑶仙线保护状态评价及预警报告作为案例,对继电保护在线监测评价管理系统应用前后的数据和运行状况进行了对比,数据结果证明了继电保护在线监测评价管理系统的优越性。
【Abstract】 With the scale of power grid construction and the increase of the number of relay equipment,the negative effect of the traditional relay protection cycle is gradually appearing.Therefore,the condition based maintenance work has become the direction of the development of the relay maintenance and maintenance work of the power system.However,the application of relay protection state maintenance technology must be based on the comprehensive monitoring of the relay equipment.Therefore,the existing intelligence and information management level of the power grid equipment needs to step on a new step.But at present,the on-line monitoring system of relay protection devices of the two equipment mostly has the disadvantages of less expansion function and insufficient comprehensive evaluation and analysis ability.Although the existing on-line monitoring system(protection and fault information system,recording device and so on)has a large number of information data,but the application degree is low,the existing protection information data can not be automatically filtered and classified and analyzed.It can not be provided to personnel evaluation report,early warning report,special report,action diagnosis.Disconnect reports and other available effective information.Therefore,the establishment of information,intelligent and integrated online detection and evaluation management system is of great significance for the application of relay protection condition maintenance.Based on the existing guarantee system of Foshan power grid,this paper has carried out deep application rese arch on the on-line monitoring and evaluation management system of relay protection.First,this paper expounds the background and significance of the monitoring and evaluation of equipment status according to the development level of state maintenance at home and abroad and the actual situation in Foshan area.Through the analysis of the situation of on-line monitoring of Foshan power grid equipment,this paper leads to the necessity of the application of the relay protection system in Foshan power grid to study the line monitoring and evaluation management system based on the application of the protection system.Through the analysis of the concepts,monitoring contents and monitoring methods of the related theory of relay protection status evaluation,combined with the actual situation of the existing relay protection equipment in Foshan Bureau and the development level of online monitoring,the function requirements and modules demand of Foshan power grid relay protection status evaluation,action behavior diagnosis,professional special patrol and so on are deeply divided.Analysis.Secondly,based on the information resources,equipment resources and network structure of the original insurance system of Foshan power grid,this paper designs the overall framework of the online monitoring and evaluation management system for relay protection,and studies the design principles and functional positioning of the system implementation framework.Through the analysis of the structure,function and the interface of the system,the framework of the system,the functional requirements,the design requirements,the software structure and the network topology of the system are designed.Thirdly,this paper deeply studies the application of relay protection online monitoring and evaluation management system "one main plus two sub".In view of the online monitoring requirements of relay protection at the present stage,the system application is studied in detail from the aspects of system interface design,data configuration,data calculation model,function configuration,process design and so on.Finally,the remote monitoring of relay protection equipment,state evaluation prewarning,professional Trevor and action behavior diagnosis work are realized.A highly intelligent and automatic on-line monitoring and evaluation system for relay protection can be integrated into one.Finally,according to the application of the on-line monitoring and evaluation management system of relay protection in the typical substation of 220 k V power grid in Foshan,the status evaluation and early warning report of 220 k V Yao Xian Xian main transformer protection in 220 k V Yao Gang station is taken as a case,and the data and operation status of the online monitoring and evaluation managemen t system of relay protection should be used before and after.The data prove the superiority of on-line monitoring and evaluation system for relay protection.
