【摘要】 地域特色的欠缺、千村一面是当代村镇住宅设计的现状之一,解决这一问题的第一步是挖掘各地民居的地域特征。凤阳是著名历史文化名城,拥有独特的自然风貌和人文景观,文章旨在理论研究凤阳地域文化的基础上,发掘出凤阳传统民居的地域特征,运用一系列研究方法探索出基于地域特征的村镇住宅设计思路。首先从理论上探讨了凤阳的自然地理特征以及受此影响下形成的沿淮地区庄台村落文化。从人文景观中的独特的明文化、淮河地缘文化等角度综合解析了凤阳的地域文化特征。实地调研测绘了凤阳古镇临淮关传统民居,从民居的平面特征、造型元素、结构形式、材质色彩等方面进行分析、提取和归纳。总结出凤阳临淮关镇传统民居的地域特征。再次选取临淮关镇的60年代到2000年以后建造的民居作为研究对象。同样从平面特征、造型元素、结构形式、材质色彩等方面研究其地域特征的演变趋势,通过居民调查,分析60年代以来凤阳村镇住宅地域特征的传承情况以及居民对传统民居设计元素的认可情况。运用层次分析法,将地域特征各构成要素进行分级并计算其在民居地域特征中所占据的权重。从专业和非专业两个方面探究了民居地域特征的影响作用。最后从平面特征、造型元素、建筑建构、民居色彩等方面提出了优化策略,通过实践项目—凤阳沿淮移民安置社区东北片区规划及单体设计,阐述了如何充分将地域特征融入到建筑设计中去。更多还原

【Abstract】 The lack of regional characteristics and the thousands of villages are one of the current situation of modern village and town housing design.The first step to solve this problem is to excavate the regional characteristics of local houses.Fengyang is a famous historical and cultural city with unique natural features and cultural landscape.The article aims to explore the regional characteristics of the traditional Fengyang folk houses on the basis of the theoretical study of the regional culture of Fengyang,and to explore the planning ideas of the village and town housing based on the regional characteristics by a series of research methods.First,from the theory of the natural geographical characteristics of Fengyang and the formation of the affected areas along the Huaihe River Village Taiwan Village culture.The characteristics of Fengyang’s regional culture are comprehensively analyzed from the perspective of unique culture and culture in Huaihe.The field survey and survey of Fengyang ancient town of huaihuaiguan traditional folk house,from the residential features,modeling elements,structural forms,material color and other aspects of analysis,extraction and induction.The regional characteristics of traditional residence in Fengyang’s huaihuguan town are summarized.Thirdly,select the residential buildings built in 60s after 2000.The evolution trend of regional characteristics is also studied from the aspects of plane features,modeling elements,structural forms and material colors.Through the residents’ investigation,the inheritance of the regional characteristics of residential areas in Fengyang villages and towns since 60s and the recognition of residents’ design elements for traditional residence are analyzed.By using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),we classify the regional characteristics and elements and calculate the weight that they occupy in the local characteristics of the residence.From the two aspects of professional and non professional,we explored the influence of local characteristics of folk houses.Finally,the optimization strategy is put forward from the aspects of plane features,modeling elements,building construction and residential color.Through the practical project-the planning and single design of the northeast section of the community in Fengyang,this paper expounds how to fully integrate the regional characteristics into the architectural design.更多还原
