【摘要】 大学图书馆保护地方非物质文化遗产是近十年才兴起的新课题,大学图书馆作为公共文化体系的重要组成部分,应该立足于地方文化,积极保护地方非物质文化遗产,建设地方非遗特色文化馆,开展非遗文化宣传教育,搭建数字化保护非遗平台,实现非遗资源的“永久性”保存及传承。本文首先研究了大学图书馆保护非遗的国内外前沿理论研究与实践,然后界定了非遗的概念并总结了非遗的特点及价值并系统分析了大学图书馆与非遗保护的关系,对当下大学图书馆采用的非遗传承人保护方式、非遗文献化保护方式、非遗宣传教育保护方式、非遗数字化保护方式等四种保护方式进行了 SWOT分析并进行了对比,总结得出数字化的保护方式是当前大学图书馆保护非遗最优的方式,继而对大学图书馆数字化保护非遗的可行性进行了研究,以便将数字化保护方式普及到全部大学图书馆,然后对大学图书馆非遗数据库的建设从概念模型到非遗信息的采集、非遗信息的组织、非遗信息的服务都提出了理论上的建议,最后通过湖南大学图书馆自建“湖南民俗数据库”以保护湖南当地民风民俗作为数字化方式保护非遗的现实案例对理论结论加以证明。纵观大学图书馆保护非遗工作的发展历程,不论从目标选择、资料收集、宣传教育还是非遗特色馆藏的建设等方面都趋于完善,但也面临着在收集地方非遗资料时信息渠道不畅、宣传教育保护方式流于形式、非遗特色数据库利用率低等共同的问题。但总的来看,大学图书馆保护非遗的基本格局已经形成,地方非遗因大学图书馆的保护未来前景会更加开阔,非遗在可预见的未来里将得以顺利传承与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The university library to protect the local intangible cultural heritage is a new issue that has been rising in the last ten years.As an important part of the public cultural system,the university library should be based on local culture,actively protect the local intangible cultural heritage,build a local non legacy Culture Museum,carry out the cultural propaganda and education,and build the number of cultural relics.The platform for protecting intangible cultural heritage is "permanent"preservation and inheritance of intangible heritage resources.This paper first studies the research and practice of the frontier theory of the protection of the University Library at home and abroad,then defines the concept of the non remains and summarizes the characteristics and value of the non remains,and systematically analyzes the relationship between the University Library and the non Legacy Protection.The four protection methods,such as the protection mode,the protection mode of the non legacy propaganda and education,the digital protection mode and so on,were analyzed and compared.It was concluded that the digital protection mode was the best way of the protection of the university library,and then the feasibility of the digital protection of the university library was studied,and the feasibility of the digital protection of the university library was studied.In order to popularize the digital protection mode to all university libraries,the paper puts forward some theoretical suggestions on the construction of the non legacy database of the University Library from the conceptual model to the collection of non legacy information,the organization of the non remains information and the service of the non remains information.Finally,the "Hunan folk custom database" is built by the library of the Hunan University.The theoretical conclusion is proved by protecting the local folk custom in Hunan as a practical case of protecting the intangible heritage by digitalization.In the course of the development of the protection of the non legacy work in the university library,no matter from the target selection,the data collection,the publicity and education or the construction of the non remains of the collection,the information channel is not smooth when collecting the local information,and the propaganda and education protection is flowing to the form and the characteristic database.The common problem of low rate of use.But on the whole,the basic pattern of the protection of the university library has been formed.The future of the university library will be more open because of the protection of the university library,and it will be inherited and developed in the foreseeable future.更多还原
