未来15年S市幼儿园发展需求调查研究

【摘要】 幼儿教育是人生的奠基阶段。随着经济的发展和社会的进步,仅对学前教育发展现状的剖析已不能满足发展趋势,未来幼儿园发展需求预测受到越来越多学者的关注。在联合国教科文组织发布“教育2030行动框架”描画全球教育蓝图,教育部印发《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出教育发展战略目标与战略主题的大背景下,S市学前教育是否也要明确未来发展需求,做好教育战略规划?因此,本研究以S市幼儿园园长为调查对象,从政府财政投入、教师队伍建设、园所建设三方面调查了未来15年S市幼儿园的发展需求。本研究采用量化研究与质化研究相结合的方法。主要以问卷调查法为核心,在查阅并梳理了大量有关幼儿园发展文献的基础上确定相应的调查维度,初始问卷在预测调查后经过信效度检验正式定稿。研究者使用正式问卷在全市11个区实施分层随机抽样调查。问卷通过问卷星进行网上作答与回收,共回收原始问卷615份,回收数据利用SPSS进行基本描述性统计与差异性分析,揭示了未来15年S市幼儿园发展的基本需求特征。另外,本研究还以访谈法为补充,选取了本市不同地区不同性质的6名幼儿园园长作为访谈对象,以进一步深入了解S市未来幼儿园的发展诉求。研究结果表明:未来15年S市幼儿园发展存在政府财政投入、教师队伍建设及园所建设上的需求。眼前的需求是希望政府加大财政经费支持,提高教师工资待遇,优化办园条件;中期愿景是期待政府建立幼儿园收费标准的动态调节机制,提高教师队伍专业发展水平,丰富幼儿园课程资源;未来展望是追求学前教育成本分担机制的完善,城乡幼儿园的统筹发展以及教育信息化所带来的教育现代化。鉴于此,可以从政府主导责任、制度设计、项目规划三个方面采取相应措施来满足未来幼儿园发展需求,以实现S市幼儿园的公益、普惠、优质、均衡发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Preschool education is the foundation stage of life.With the development of economy and the progress of society,more and more attention is paid to the forecast of kindergarten development demand in the future.This research takes the kindergarten director of S city as the object of investigation,and investigates the development demand of the kindergarten in the next 15 years from the government financial input,the teacher team construction and the garden construction.This study uses quantitative research and qualitative research methods.On the basis of reviewing and combing a large number of literature on the development of kindergartens and the corresponding investigation dimensions are determined,and then a stratified random sampling survey was carried out in the whole city after the test of reliability and validity.Questionnaire recovery data using SPSS for basic descriptive statistics and difference analysis,revealing the basic needs of kindergarten development characteristics in the next 15 years.In addition,this research also takes the interview method as a supplement in order to know more about the future development of kindergarten in S city.The results show that the development of kindergarten in S city has the demand of government financial investment,teacher team construction and garden construction in the next 15 years.The immediate demand is that the government should increase the financial support,improve the salary of teachers and optimize the conditions of running the garden.The medium-term vision is to expect the government to set up a dynamic regulation mechanism for kindergarten fee standards,to improve the professional development level of teachers and to enrich the curriculum resources of kindergarten.The future is to improve the cost-sharing mechanism of preschool education,the overall development of urban and rural kindergartens and the educational modernization.In view of this,there are three aspects to take corresponding measures to meet the future needs from the government’s leading responsibility,system design,project planning in order to realize the public welfare,general benefit,high quality and balanced development of S City kindergarten.更多还原
