开洞水泥聚苯模壳格构式混凝土墙体抗侧性能研究

【摘要】 水泥聚苯模壳(EPSC)格构式混凝土墙作为一种新型的抗侧结构构件,目前在我国的应用正处于推广起步阶段,实际工程中墙体需要开设孔洞,洞口对EPSC格构式墙体水平承载能力的影响尚不明确,同时开洞墙体用于结构之后,在地震作用下结构的地震响应也需要我们进行深入研究,本文针对上述情况,进行了以下工作:(1)应用有限元分析法,以洞口尺寸、洞口位置、洞口类型及洞口数量为参数,对荷载作用下EPSC格构式混凝土墙体洞口变形情况、水平承载能力及应力分布情况进行对比分析,结果表明:洞口尺寸、洞口位置、洞口类型及洞口数量均对EPSC格构式墙体的水平承载力有一定影响,其中洞口尺寸对墙体水平承载能力的影响比其他参数更明显,并根据洞口尺寸与水平承载力之间的关系,拟合出水平承载力折减系数公式。(2)对地震作用下,洞口尺寸不同的EPSC格构式混凝土墙结构的固有频率、自振周期,层间位移、层间位移角等方面进行对比分析。结果表明:在地震作用下,洞口排列整齐、分布均匀、数量合理的情况下,随洞口尺寸增大,单肢墙偏柔性特性越明显,结构抗侧刚度越小,结构的整体位移、层间位移与层间位移角均增大。(3)依据现行规范,结合本文拟合出的水平承载力折减系数公式,应用软件编程工具Visual Basic 6.0,编制了EPSC格构式混凝土墙截面承载力计算软件,简化了结构中某墙段的截面承载力计算过程、缩短计算时间。
【Abstract】 EPSC latticed as a new type lateral structure of concrete wall,its application is in the promotion of our country start level.Wall in practical engineering need to open holes which the EPSC latticed wall stress effect on the properties is not clear.At the same time opened holes in the wall for structural seismic performance of structure also need our in-depth study.Based on the above,the following work:(1)Finite element analysis method,in order to the hole size,the hole position,the hole type and quantity of the holes as parameter,under the action of the load EPSC latti ce wall hole deformation situation,the horizontal bearing capacity of concrete and the s tress distribution did some comparison analysis.The results showed that the hole size,p osition of the hole,the hole type and quantity of the holes made a certain influence of t he EPSC lattice type horizontal bearing capacity of the wall,which the hole size on the bearing capacity of the wall body level influence was more obvious than other paramet ers,and according to the relationship between the rate of open hole and horizontal beari ng capacity,fitting out the horizontal bearing capacity reduction coefficient formula.(2)The structure of EPSC lattice concrete wall which had the different hole sizes di d some comparative analysis in Natural frequency,the natural vibration period,interlay er displacement,displacement angle.Results showed that the hole order,uniform distri bution,a reasonable number of cases,with the increase of the hole size,more obvious t he single limb wall partial flexible features,smaller the structural lateral stiffness.The specific performed in the earthquake under the action of the whole structure displaceme nt,the interlayer displacement,and the interlayer displacement angle increased.(3)The current specification combined with the paper fitting the reduction coefficie nt formula of the horizontal bearing capacity and application programming software Vis ual Basic 6.0 compiled the EPSC lattice type concrete wall section bearing capacity cal culation software.It,in allusion to the bearing capacity calculation problem of a certain inclined wall section of the structure,simplified the hand calculation process and saves the design time.
