装配式建筑设计标准体系构建研究

【摘要】 随着国家提出“创新、协调、绿色、共享、开放”的发展理念,我国装配式建筑的关注度逐渐提高。但是由于装配式建筑建造方式与传统建造方式不同,导致现有的设计标准无法满足装配式建筑的设计需求。本文通过对装配式建筑设计标准的体系构建并初步生成标准体系表,来解决我国装配式建筑设计行业目前所面临的问题并推动装配式建筑设计的规范化、标准化、科学化、合理化。在构建装配式建筑设计设标准体系的准备工作阶段,首先对装配式建筑设计进行概述,对装配式建筑以及衍生出的其他概念进行界定。列举国内外的装配式建筑已完工程实例并对其进行深层次的分析。从设计流程、特征以及装配式建筑的设计重点等技术角度对装配式建筑设计进行分析总结。阐述了目前我国装配式建筑设计遇到的困难与矛盾。接着,为对体系构建给予准确的指引,从装配式建筑设计标准体系构建的复杂性、层次性、关联性进行辨析,提出构建装配式建筑设计标准体系的基础理论,分析了体系的构建目标,建立目的。最后,对完成标准体系需求进行分析。在体系的构建阶段,首先提出了装配式建筑设计标准体系构建的依据,并对构建装配式建筑设计标准体系的过程进行分析的同时对于体系的依存主体进行确定。以系统工程方法中的霍尔方法论为基础,扩展升级为六维空间模型发对体系进行构建。接着对构建完成的体系进行分类、分级、编码等工作,最终以层次结构优先原则生成标准体系表。标准体系构建完成后,为保证体系的顺利实施,并对标准体系的优化以及动态协调发展进行分析。装配式建筑设计标准体系的构建,为装配式建筑设计提供了系统科学的引导,保障装配式建筑设计时可以有规范可循,有法可依,有利于装配式建筑设计技术的提升和装配式建筑行业的发展

【Abstract】 With the development concept of "innovation,coordination,green,sharing,and openness"put forward by the country,the degree of attention of prefabricated buildings in China has gradually increased.However,due to the difference between the method of building prefabricated buildings and traditional construction methods,the existing design standards cannot meet the design requirements of prefabricated buildings.This article builds a system of prefabricated architectural design standards and preliminarily generates a standard system table to solve the current problems faced by the prefabricated building design industry in China and promotes the standardization,standardization,scientification,and rationalization of prefabricated building design.In the preparatory work phase of building a standard system for prefabricated architectural design,an overview of prefabricated building design is first given,and prefabricated buildings and other concepts derived from them are defined.Enumerate examples of domestic and foreign assembly buildings that have been completed and perform in-depth analysis.From the technical point of view of the design process,features,and design priorities of prefabricated buildings,the prefabricated architectural design is analyzed and summarized.Explained the difficulties and contradictions encountered in China’s assembly design.Then,in order to provide accurate guidelines for the construction of the system,the complexity,level,and relevance of the standard construction system of the prefabricated architectural design were analyzed.The basic theory of building a standard system for prefabricated architectural design was proposed,and the construction goals of the system were analyzed.Establish the purpose.Finally,analyze the requirements for completing the standard system.In the construction phase of the system,the basis for the construction of a prefabricated architectural design standard system was first discussed,and the process of building a prefabricated architectural design standard system was analyzed.Based on the Hall methodology in the system engineering method,the system is expanded and upgraded to build a six-dimensional space model system.Then the classification,grading and coding work of the completed system are elaborated.Finally,the standard system table is generated based on the dimensionality priority principle.After the completion of the construction of the standard system,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the system,the implementation mechanism of the standard system is analyzed.In short,the construction of a prefabricated architectural design standard system provides a systematic and scientific guidance for prefabricated architectural design.It can ensure that the prefabricated architectural design can be followed by rules and regulations and can be followed,which is conducive to the improvement of prefabricated architectural design technology.The development of prefabricated construction industry
