东北红豆杉育苗技术研究
Study on Taxus Chinensis Var Seedling Raising Technology

【摘要】 本研究分别在吉林省和龙林业局辖区内的4个野生红豆杉天然分布区采集种子,经种子催芽处理、施肥技术试验和移栽试验,得到如下研究成果:(1)东北红豆杉种子存在形态后熟现象,较适宜的催芽处理组合为98%浓硫酸浸泡2-3min+100-200mg·L-1 GA3 浸泡 48h+变温层积 I;(2)播种方式的优劣顺序为:点播>撒播>条播>钵播;(3)促进株高生长的最佳施肥组合为1500mmg/L氮+300-450mg/L磷+200-400mg/L钾;促进地径生长的最佳施肥组合为1500mg/L氮+450mg/L磷+200mg/L钾;(4)移栽试验的结果表明,荒沟、许家洞和花砬子三个试验地的实生苗均优于星火林场的实生苗,其株高、地径、平均根长、分枝数、抗寒性和抗病性等项指标均较优良。通过上述试验,最终筛选出3个优良品种,分别是荒沟林场、许家洞林场和花砬子林场。
【Abstract】 In this study,seeds were collected from four natural distribution area of wild Taxus cuspidata in Jilin Province HeLong forestry bureau,and the seeds were dealt with seed germination,fertilization and transplanting.The results were as follows:(1)The T.cuspidata seeds has the character of physiological after-ripping,the appropriate treatment of the seed germination was 98%concentrated sulfuric acid soaked 2-3min + 100-200mg · L-1 GA3 soaked 48h + variable temperature stratificationI.(2)The order of the sowing method was:holes pawning>broadcasts pawning>layers pawning>sowing in the nutrition bowl(3)The optimum fertilization combination to promote the growth of plant height was 1500mg/L nitrogen + 300-450mg/L phosphorus + 200-400mg/L potassium;the best fertilization combination to promote the growth of ground diameter was 1500mg/L nitrogen +450mg/L phosphorus + 200mg/L potassium;(4)The results of transplanting and forestation experiments showed that the seedling traits from Huanggou,Xujiadong and Hualazi were better than those from the Xinghuo Forest Farm.The plant height,ground diameter,average root length,branch number,cold resistance and disease resistance of those seedlings are all better than that of Xinghuo forest farm.Three excellent provenances were selected by the above tests,they are Huanggou Forest Farm,Xujiangdong Forest Farm and Hualazi Forest Farm.
