【摘要】 大学生村官政策是我国公共管理领域的一个重要课题。本文从主体分析法的角度,运用精英理论、乡村治理理论和职业化理论等理论工具,通过个别访谈和问卷调查对这一课题进行了研究。大学生村官政策的实施取得了很大的效益,也面临一些需要解决的问题。本文将南通市通州区石港镇的10名在职大学生村官作为样本,从政府、大学生村官、社会环境、配套政策等四个方面对政策实施过程中存在的困境进行剖析,最后,给出了破解大学生村官政策困境的应对策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The policy of College graduates working as village official is an important subject in the field of public administration in our country.This paper discusses the theme from the visual angle of subject analysis.The elite theory,rural governance theory and professional theory are exercised in this paper.The conclusions of this paper are drawn by individual interview and questionnaire survey.The policy of College graduates working as village official has made great achievements,there are some issues that need to be addressed.In this paper,10on-the-job college graduates working as village official in Shigang,Tongzhou,Nantong are as the sample.The paper analyzes the difficulties existing in the process from the government,College graduates working as village official,the social environment and supporting policies.Finally,this paper puts forward the advice of solving difficulties existing in the process of policy.更多还原
