环渤海湾主要港口的物流绩效评价及建议

【摘要】 从2012年开始,中国进入了调整变革的关键时期,这意味着我们经济已处于从高.速换挡到中高速的发展时期。近年来,中国第三产业生产总值在国内生产总值中所占比例大幅提到,截至2014年2月这一比例已经高达46.4%,这也标志着中国经济已经进入了一个新的时代,有着新的特征。第三产业的逐步崛起,也要求我们对于其产业中的每一个方向和层面都给予细致的研究和建议,因此本文便就第三产业中的一个方向——港口物流业做出一些分析。最近几年,我国的内外贸物资运输业务快速发展,随着这一趋势,对于沿海港口的建设要求也越来越高,港口建设在环渤海地区社会经济的快速发展的过程中,已经在发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文选取环渤海的四个港口:天津港、大连港、青岛港、秦皇岛港当作本文的研究对象,实证分析他们各自的物流绩效。最后,我们得出的结果是,渤海湾的四个主要港口虽然各有特点,但是也有一致性。这种一致性表现在四个港口虽然在硬件、管理水平和对经济的贡献方面各有千秋,大连港和天津港的硬件设施比较出众,青岛港和大连港的经营管理水平比较好,秦皇岛港对经济的贡献度非常大,但是在客户的满意度方面都做得有所不足,这也在一定程度上说明环渤海的港口前期在重视发展硬实力的同时,没有稳步提升自己的软实力,这对于渤海湾港口的发着在一定程度上起到了阻碍的作用。最后,本文就研究结果分别对四个港口提出了自己的建议。对于天津港,主要建议围绕拓展腹地空间范围,努力提高经营管理能力等方面进行。对于青岛港,主要建议围绕整合附近区域内港口资源,争取更多政策支持等方面进行。对于大连港,主要建议围绕积极扩大内外贸集装箱产业,增加集装箱吞吐量等方面进行。对于秦皇岛港,主要建议围绕搞好和铁路合作,争取优质货源等方面进行。

【Abstract】 From 2012,China has entered a critical period of adjustment,which means that our economy has been in a shift from high-speed to middle-speed development period.In February of 2014,the GDP of China’s tertiary industry accounted for the proportion of all has increased to 46.4%,which has become a new feature of China’s economic,and social development has entered a new phase.The gradual rise of the tertiary industry requires us to give meticulous research and advice to its industry’s every direction and dimension.This article will make some analysis of port logistics.In recent years,with the rapid development of the socio-economic,trade,foreign trade goods transport in the Bohai Sea region,coastal ports has accelerated the construction of the development and has been playing an increasingly important role.This paper selects four ports Bohai Bay:Tianjin Port,Dalian Port.Qingdao Port.Qinhuangdao Port,as a research sample.According to the results,we conclude that although the four major ports in the Bohai Bay have their own characteristics,they also have the consistency.This consistency performs that in terms of the hardware,management and contribution to the economy,the four port maybe have their own strengths and weaknesses,for example,hardware facilities of Dalian Port and Tianjin Port is relatively superior,and management level of Qingdao Port and Dalian Port is better.Qinhuangdao Port for the economy The contribution is very large,but in terms of customer satisfaction,they all are doing is inadequate.And this also shows that the Bohai Bay earlily focus more on the development of hard power,while there is no steady increase on their soft power.And this reason played a main role in obstructing for the Bohai Bay ports.Finally,the article put forward their own proposals for the four port.For the Tianjin Port,the main recommendations focus on expanding hinterland spatial extent and making efforts to improve management capacity,etc.For Qingdao Port,the main recommendations focus on surrounding the integration of port resources and fighting for more policy support,etc.For the Dalian Port,the main recommendations focus on increasing container amount.For Qinhuangdao Port,the main recommendations focus on doing a good cooperation with the railway and achieving more qualified supplies,etc.
