【摘要】 当前我国社会正处于转型时期,各种价值观念以及不良的社会风气充斥着社会,给学校德育教育也带来重大的挑战。学校德育工作存在诸多问题,例如学校德育主题选择不当、德育内容不合理、德育形式单一、德育效果不理想等。学生不经过系统全面的德育教育就很容易造成学生在面对社会中的各种信息时无法辨识善恶,区分良莠。高中主题班会是开展高中德育工作的重要途径,是有目的、有计划、有组织地对学生开展自我教育的重要手段。开展高中主题班会,有利于解决高中生在高中阶段遇到的困难。例如,开展学习方法类主题班会可以提高学生的学习能力,情感价值观类主题班会可以培养学生的道德情操,从而促进学生的全面发展。除此之外,开展高中主题班会对班主任来说也是能力的锻炼,有利于提高班主任的管理班级的能力,有利于建设和谐师生关系。如果想要开展一节成功的主题班会那就离不开对主题班会合理的设计。高中主题班会设计是开展主题班会的蓝图和导向。本文通过观摩高中主题班会、查阅相关文献资料以及与有经验的班主任请教学习的方法,从高中主题班会设计入手,调查研究当前高中主题班会设计方面存在的安排缺乏计划性、内容缺乏针对性、形式缺乏创造性、以及多媒体运用缺乏合理性等问题以及出现这些问题的原因,并根据当前高中主题班会设计方面存在的问题提出有效的措施。班主任提高主题班会设计能力对于主题班会的实施有指导作用,从而更容易激发学生情感,提高主题班会实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,China’s society is in a period of transition.Various kinds of values and bad social atmosphere are flooding the society,posing great challenges to moral education in schools.There are many problems in moral education in schools,such as inappropriate choice of moral education in schools,unreasonable moral content,single form of moral education,unsatisfactory effect of moral education and so on.Students without a comprehensive system of moral education can easily lead to students in the face of all kinds of information in society can not distinguish between good and evil,the distinction between good and bad.The high school theme class will be an important way to carry out high school moral education.It is an important means for purposeful,planned and organized self-education for students.Carrying out the high school theme class meeting is conducive to solving the difficulties encountered by high school students in high school.For example,carrying out a learning method class can improve students’ abilities to learn.A class of emotion values class can cultivate students’ moral sentiments and thus promote students’ all-round development.In addition,carrying out the high school theme class will also be capable of training the class teacher,which will help improve the class teacher’s ability to manage the class and will help build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.If you want to carry out a successful theme class will be inseparable from the theme class will be reasonable design.The design of the high school theme class is a blueprint and orientation for carrying out the theme class.This article starts from the design of the high school theme class meeting by observing the high school theme class meeting,consulting relevant literature and information and consulting with the experienced headteachers,investigating and studying the existing arrangements for the design of the high school theme class meeting lack of planning,lack of pertinence,lack of creativity,lack of rationality of multimedia applications and the reasons for these problems,and put forward effective measures according to the existing problems in the design of the current high school theme classes.Class teacher to improve the design of the class will be able to guide the implementation of the class will guide the class,which is more likely to stimulate student emotions and improve the effectiveness of the class will be the subject.更多还原
