智能船舶岸电系统信息交互技术研究

【摘要】 当前,全球能源发展面临资源紧缺、环境污染、气候变化三大挑战,根本出路是转变依赖化石能源的发展方式,加快实施清洁替代和电能替代,对于沿海沿河城市而言,大气环境污染的主要来源就是靠港船舶辅机发电带来的污染排放,而船舶岸电技术就是直接利用港口岸上电源直接供电,可以有效减少污染物的排放,实现港口电能替代目标,促进全球能源互联。船舶岸电系统由多部门管理,供电企业负责岸电系统的建设与供电管理,港口企业负责船舶岸电系统运行和维护,而受电船舶也会对船舶岸电系统提出信息交互需求。船舶岸电信息交互是实现港口管理、电力公司和船舶用户双向互动功能,港口与船舶岸电的信息化监测和管理的关键性技术。通过船舶岸电信息交互技术的研究,可以有效促进管理各方之间的信息交互,实现船舶岸电系统的智能化、可视化管理,提高了船舶岸电系统供电质量与可靠性。本文通过国内外研究和应用的现状分析,开展了船舶岸电需求分析,构建了船舶岸电系统信息交互构架构,重点研究了船舶岸电系统关键技术,并探索将相关技术应用于试点工程和标准化工作。本文的工作可以归纳为以下几个方面:(1)国内船舶岸电技术应用。简要介绍了某港口岸电电能替代项目的建设情况,阐述了船舶岸电技术发展对于能源互联网以及电能替代的重要意义,提出了本文的主要研究内容。(2)船舶岸电系统需求分析。基于船舶岸电的供电、信息、通信、监控、计量等服务需求,分析了船舶岸电参与方的交互需求、系统的功能需求和其他要求,并对典型业务的应用场景和用例进行了描述。(3)构建船舶岸电系统信息交互构架。对船舶岸电系统信息交互架构展开了相关研究,提出了船舶岸电系统信息交互参考框图以及船舶岸电系统逻辑与物理架构,形成船舶岸电系统信息交互架构。(4)开展船舶岸电信息模型研究。介绍船舶岸电信息交互模型建立方法,对船舶岸电信息交互接口进行信息建模,以类图的形式,采用标准UML语法进行描述,把信息交互接口的信息模型共分为三大类,即基础供电类、船舶用电类、船舶岸电监控类。(5)船舶岸电信息交互应用。介绍了船舶岸电信息交互技术在典型案例中的应用情况。从构建船舶岸电技术发展的需求出发,结合电能替代标准体系的架构,研究了面向全球能源互联网的船舶岸电标准体系框架。本文基于船舶岸电系统信息交互需求分析,详细分析了典型船舶岸电应用用例,并且通过构建船舶岸电信息交互架构,理清了船舶岸电业务域、参与者及相互关系,确定船舶岸电边界和范围,明确船舶岸电交互接口功能实现,通过UML业务建模方法,对船舶岸电系统交互接口进行信息建模,实现不同系统间模型及信息的传递,是实现智能船舶岸电系统信息化建设的重要内容。

【Abstract】 At present,facing with the challenge of resource shortage,environmental pollution and climate change,the fundamental way of global energy development is to change development model of depending on fossil energy and to accelerate the implementation of electric power alternative.Emission from ships is the top cause of air pollution in coastal cities,while pollutant emissions will be effectively reduced and the electric power alternative target of port will realized by using shore power supply for vessels(SPSV)technology directly.Based on SPSV information interaction technology research,the information interaction between participants will be facilitated,the intelligent and visual management of SPSV will be realized and the power supply quality and reliability of SPSV will also be improved.Based on the analysis of the current situation of research and application at home and abroad,the demand of SPSV is analyzed,the architecture of information interaction structure of SPSV is built,the key technologies of SPSV is studied and applied to pilot projects and standardization work.The work of this article can be summarized as follows:(a)The current status and application of SPSV research at home and abroad.The construction of SPSV for electric power alternative project in Liaoning Province is introduced,focusing on the application of SPSV information interaction technology in the project.The significance of the development of SPSV technology to energy interconnection and electric power alternative is expounded.The main research content of this paper is proposed.(b)SPSV system demands analysis.Based on the demand for power supply,information,communication,monitoring and metering of SPSV,the interaction demands of SPSV participants,the functional demands of the system and other requirements are analyzed.And the typical business scenarios and use cases are described.(c)Construction of SPSV system information interaction framework.The related research on the information interaction architecture of SPSV system is carried out.The block diagram of the information interaction of SPSV system and the logical and physical architecture of SPSV system are put forward.The information interaction architecture of SPSV system is formed.(d)Carrying out research on information interaction model of SPSV system.The establishment method of SPSV information interaction model is introduced and information modeling on SPSV information interaction interface is carried out.The standard UML syntax is used to describe in the form of class diagram.The information model of information interaction interface is divided into three categories,namely Basic power supply class,ship electricity class,SPSV monitoring class.(e)Introduction to the specific application of SPSV information interaction model.Based on the demand for the development of SPSV technology and combined with the framework of electric power alternative standard system,the SPSV standard system architecture is established.Based on the analysis of demand information of SPSV system information interaction,the typical use cases of SPSV are analyzed in detail,and the domain,participants and their relationships of SPSV are clarified by defining the SPSV information interaction framework,Boundary and scope of the SPSV and the realization of the SPSV interaction interface function of SPSV are cleared.Through the UML business modeling method,information interactive interface of SPSV system is modeled to realize the transfer of model and information among different systems.
