铁路车地无线通信系统频谱需求预测研究

【摘要】 近10年来,我国高速铁路及相关产业快速发展,铁路车地无线通信系统(Railway Radiocommunication System between Train and Trackside)的 450MHz通信系统与900MH_zGSM-R(GSM-Railway)通信系统开始难以承担铁路的通信业务,LTE-R(LTE-Railway)系统将逐渐取代现行的系统成为下一代RSTT系统。目前适用于高速铁路的1GHz以下频段资源稀少,除450MHz频段有1.5MHz带宽用于铁路专网外,其余频段均被电信运营商或相关行业的无线电业务占用。为了更好的推进下一代RSTT的用频申请工作,加快我国LTE-R系统的建设进程,有必要对未来RSTT的频谱需求进行研究。本文的主要工作有:第一,介绍了 RSTT的现状及主要技术与应用频段。第二,研究了频谱需求常用预测方法,包括:ITU-RM.1390方法、ITU-R M.1768方法、基于热点地区的频谱需求预测方法和卫星移动业务(Mobile Satellite Service)通信系统频谱需求预测方法。第三,基于不同业务类别的时延差异性约束提出了一种LTE-R频谱需求预测方法,利用该方法测算了 LTE-R系统未来的频谱需求,约为16MHz,并分析了工程频谱效率、视频业务对LTE-R频谱需求的影响。第四,基于趋势外推法提出了一种RSTT频谱需求预测方法,利用该方法对RSTT未来的频谱需求进行了预测,并分析研究了基站数量与业务量分流比例对测算结果的影响。本文全面分析研究了铁路车地无线通信系统频谱需求预测方法,得出的结论可为我国铁路系统的频谱资源规划提供有用的参考价值。

【Abstract】 In the past 10 years,high-speed railway and related industries in China have been developing rapidly.The 450MHz communication system and 900MHz GSM-Railway communication system for China Railway Radiocommunication System between Train and Trackside are hard to bear railway communication service by now,and LTE-R system will gradually replace the existing system as the next generation railway communication system.At present,except for 1.5MHz bandwidth in 450MHz band dedicated for railway network,the frequency band suitable for high speed railway below 1 GHz is scarce,the rest of the band are occupied by telecom operators or related radio industries.In order to promote the spectrum application work for China’s next-generation RSTT and speed up the construction of LTE-R system,it is necessary to study RSTT spectrum requirements in the future.The main work of this paper is as follows.First,the current status,main technologies and applied frequency band of RSTT are introduced.Second,the commonly used prediction methods for spectrum demand are studied,including:ITU-R M.1390 method,ITU-R M.1768 method,spectrum demand prediction method based on hot spots and prediction method of spectrum demand for satellite mobile service communication system.Third,based on different delay constraints of different service categories,a LTE-R spectrum requirement prediction method is proposed and used to estimate spectrum needs of LTE-R in the future,which is about 16MHz.The impact of engineering spectrum efficiency and video service on LTE-R spectrum demand is also analyzed.Fourth,based on trend extrapolation,a RSTT spectrum requirement prediction method is proposed and the future spectrum demand of RSTT is predicted by this method.Meanwhile,the influence of the number of base stations and the traffic diversion ratio on prediction results is analyzed.This paper comprehensively analyzes and studies the spectrum demand forecasting method of Railway Radiocommunication System between Train and Trackside.The conclusion can provide useful information for the planning of spectrum resources in China’s railway communication system in future.
