MS-4型微表处在甘肃戈壁地区公路预防性养护中的应用研究

【摘要】 近几年来,随着国民经济的高速发展,我国公路建设事业取得了突破性的进展。受气候、地理、交通条件及其它因素的影响,在运营的高速公路中,虽然路况良好,但存在一些早期病害。微表处是一种节约投资、快速有效的预防性养护措施。通过分析总结近几年来甘肃省微表处的应用情况,筛选出适合我省情况的微表处设计施工方案。本文从乳化改性沥青的组成和影响因素、微表处配合比设计、1h湿轮磨耗值的影响因素及其路用性能进行分析得出:皂液pH值只有在酸碱度达到一定值的时候才能发挥最大作用,才能有最佳的溶解度,2.2-2.5为最优;稳定剂的加入能够提高成品改性乳化沥青的储存稳定性,但延度指标降低,最佳掺加量为0.1%;Sika和美德维实伟克两种乳化剂对于SK90号基质沥青都有很好的乳化效果,其最佳掺量为1.8%~2.0%和1.2%~1.4%;PC-1468和国产改性剂SBR所生产的改性沥青蒸发残留物、高温性能指标、低温性能指标都有很大的提高,其最佳掺加量分别为3%和2.5%~3%。湿轮磨耗试验中,随着乳液用量(油石比)和改性剂掺量的增大,微表处混合料的湿轮磨耗值明显降低。MS-4型微表处混合料的配合比设计,最佳油石比为6.7%,60min的粘聚力为2.1N·m,试验表明MS-4型微表处1h后可开放交通。并与MS-3型微表处对比得到:MS-4型微表处具有很好的抗车辙变形能力,适用于处治车辙深度较大的重度车辙路面病害;MS-4型微表处的后期强度和磨耗性能均高于MS-3型。

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,China’s highway construction has made breakthrough progress.Affected by climate,geography,traffic conditions and other factors,the highway has good conditions,but there are some early diseases.Micro surfacing is a quick and effective preventive maintenance measure to save investment.By analyzing and summarizing the application of micro surfacing in Gansu Province in recent years,the design and construction plan of micro table suitable for our province is screened out.Based on the analysis of the composition and influencing factors of emulsified modified asphalt,the design of micro surfacing mixture ratio,the influence factors of 1H wet wheel wear value and its road performance,the following conclusions are drawn.Soap solution pH value only in pH reached to play the biggest role when a certain value,in order to have the best solubility,2.2-2.5 is the best;adding storage stability to increase the yield of modified asphalt emulsion stabilizer,but the ductility decreases,the optimum adding amount was 0.1% Sika;and MeadWestvaco two have a good effect of emulsifier emulsion for SK90 asphalt,the optimum content is 1.8% ~ 2% and 1.2% ~ 1.4%;and domestic PC-1468 modifier produced by SBR modified asphalt,evaporation residue index and high temperature properties of low temperature performance are greatly improved,the optimum adding amount was 3% and from 2.5% to 3%.In wet wheel wear test,with the increase of emulsion dosage(asphalt to stone ratio)and modifier dosage,the wet wheel abrasion value of micro surfacing mixture decreased obviously.The mixture ratio design of MS-4 type micro surfacing mixture,the optimum whetstone ratio is 6.7%,and the cohesive force of 60 min is 2.1N = m.The test shows that the MS-4 type micro gauge 1H can open the traffic.And with the MS-3 type micro surfacing were obtained: MS-4 type micro surfacing with anti rutting ability is very good,suitable for the treatment of severe rutting depth larger pavement;MS-4 type micro surfacing late strength and abrasion resistance than MS-3 type.
