【摘要】 自20世纪90年代以来,越南积极参与到区域经济一体化进程中。截至2017年,越南已签署12项自由贸易协定(FTA),并还有多个FTA正在进行谈判或可行性研究中,越南已基本上与其重要的贸易伙伴国达成了自贸协定,成为东盟国家中追寻FTA最活跃的国家之一。因此,对当前越南参与FTA的现状、原因及其效应的分析,对于我国调整周边战略,进一步发展中越两国的经贸合作具有重要的现实意义。本文运用当代区域经济一体化理论,采取与实证分析相结合的方法,回溯越南参与自由贸易协定(FTA)的历程与动因,论证越南参与双边或多边FTA的特点与影响,并采用贸易引力模型对越南参与FTA的效应进行定量分析,最后提出中国进一步调整FTA战略的对策建议。全文分为五章,主要内容有:第一章介绍本文的选题背景和意义、国内外文献、研究方法与结构及创新点与不足;第二章对相关概念进行界定,并对当代区域经济一体化理论进行梳理;第三章阐述越南实施FTA战略的现状、动因及特点;第四章阐述越南FTA的具体内容;第五章探讨越南参与FTA的经济效应,并运用引力模型对越南参与FTA的贸易效应进行实证分析;第六章对越南参与FTA进行评价,并提出中国的应对策略。本文认为,在内外部动因的驱动下,越南渐进式地参与区域经济一体化进程,已签署的新一代自贸协定涵盖内容更广且标准更高,越南的全球FTA布局已初步形成。近年来,越南签署自贸协定的经济效应和竞争优势正逐步显现。在新的区域化格局下,我国应加快原有FTA的升级,推进FTA网络的建设,并继续支持以东盟为主导的东亚区域经济一体化进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 1990s,Vietnam has actively participated in the process of regional economic integration.As of 2017,Vietnam has signed 12 free trade agreements(FTAs),and several FTAs are under negotiation or feasibility study.Vietnam has basically reached free trade agreements with its important trading partners,and become one of the most FTAs countries in ASEAN.Therefore,an analysis of the current status,causes,and effects of Vietnam’s participation in FTA has important practical significance for China to adjust its peripheral strategy and further develop the economic and trade cooperation between China and Vietnam.This paper reviews the history of Vietnam’s participation in the free trade agreement,uses contemporary regional economic integration theory and adopts empirical analysis methods to analyze the causes,characteristics and impact of Vietnam’s participation in bilateral or multilateral FTAs,and then uses the trade gravity model to quantitatively analyze the effects,finally puts forward China’s countermeasures and suggestions for further adjustment of the FTA strategy.This paper is divided into five chapters.The main contents are as follows:Chapter 1 introduces the background and significance of this topic,domestic and foreign research review,research methods and structure,and innovation points and deficiencies;Chapter 2 defines related concepts and combing the theory of regional economic integration;Chapter 3 describes the status,motivation and characteristics of Vietnam’s FTA strategy;Chapter 4 describes the specific content of Vietnam’s FTA;Chapter 5 discusses the economic effects of Vietnam’s participation in FTA and uses gravity model to analyze the trade effect;Chapter 6 evaluates Vietnam’s participation in FTA and proposes China’s countermeasures.This paper believes that Vietnam is gradually participating in regional economic integration driven by internal and external drivers.The new generation of free trade agreements that have been signed covers a wider range of content and standards,and Vietnam’s global FTA layout has taken shape.In recent years,the economic effects and competitive advantages have gradually shown because of the free trade agreement.Under the new regionalization pattern,China should speed up the upgrading of the original FTA,promote the construction of China’s FTA network,and continue to support the ASEAN-led East Asian regional economic integration process.更多还原
