知识链接服务系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 知识链接服务系统,主要针对每个产品,按照标准知识关联网络和知识库构建方式进行标准知识关联知识库的构建,包括知识要素的抽取标引、链接机制构建、知识词典编制等,使产品、标准、技术法规、合格评定、专利、用户体验等所有信息均能通过链接机制、知识要素等链接起来。开发知识链接服务系统,提供从产品入手进行标准及其技术法规、合格评定、专利、用户体验等关联知识的检索与知识链接服务,以知识地图的可视化方式展示与产品、标准相关的所有知识关联网络,根据用户个性化需求提供信息定制服务与分析报告,真正满足企业出口的知识化、个性化服务需求,保证其“一站式”地快速获得产品出口所需的标准信息及关联知识。知识链接服务系统的总体功能主要包括用户与权限管理、数据检索与可视化、数据加工管理、数据审核管理以及信息资源管理等功能模块。整个系统架构是以多层式设计为基础,系统支撑平台、数据资源平台、应用逻辑平台做为整个系统的底层架构,运行在操作系统之上。应用模式全部采用B/S结构,采用Json/XML语言对数据进行统一和规范,并采用WebService、MQ中间件技术进行数据交换,从而实现跨平台,跨数据库的系统整合。系统开发以JAVA技术为核心,采用各种先进、成熟技术,包括微软最新的技术成果,以及被广泛使用的来自开源社区的成熟技术。以WebService技术为接口实现方式,并以SOA思想为指导构建更具开放性的架构设计。应用系统通过WEB服务实现分布式应用。
【Abstract】 The knowledge linkage service system,primarily for each product,according to the standard of knowledge network and knowledge base building standards in the form of knowledge relationship in order to construct a knowledge base,including the knowledge element extraction indexing dictionary compiling,link mechanism building,knowledge,etc.,all information such as products,standards,technical regulations,conformity assessment,patents and user experience can be linked by linking mechanism and knowledge elements.To develop knowledge linkage service system,provide the search and knowledge link service of related knowledge such as from product of standard and technical regulations,conformity assessment,patent,user experience,etc.,displaying all knowledge related networks related to products and standards in a visual way of knowledge map,according to the individual needs of users to provide information customization service and analysis report,truly meet the demand of enterprise exports better educated,personalized service,ensure the "one-stop" to quickly get information and associated knowledge products are exported to the required standards.The overall function of knowledge linkage service system mainly include user and permission management,data retrieval and visualization,data processing and management review,data management and information resources management and other functional modules.The whole system architecture is based on the multi-layer design,system supporting platform,data resources platform,application logic as the underlying architecture of the whole system,running on the operating system.Application pattern adopt B/S structure,using the Json/XML language to unified and standard data,and USES the web service,MQ middleware technology for data exchange,so as to realize cross-platform,cross-database system integration.System development is centered on JAVA technology,adopting various advanced,mature technology,including Microsoft’s newest technology achievements,and widely used mature technology from the open source community.Interface is implemented on the technology of the WebService and guided by the SOA ideology building is much more open-ended architecture design.Application system realizes distributed application through WEB service.
