某市第二污水厂处理工艺方案的研究及主要构筑物设计

【摘要】 建设城市污水处理设施一直都是促进社会经济建设的首要问题之一,国家在十一五规划中就强调:国家提倡节能减排,树立节约型社会。同时还明确提出,十一五期间,城市污水集中处理率达到80%以上,“十二五”规划中继续强调强化污染物的减排和治理,加快建设城镇垃圾及污水处理设施,加大防治重点流域水污染力度。随着国家更加严格规范污染物的排放标准,使城市污水处理厂的建设临新的挑战,选择更优的工艺方案,合理的分配资源是污水厂建设的核心问题。因此,方案的比较,设计参数的选择,费用的预算成为了建设城市污水厂的关键问题。文中以某市第二污水处理厂工程为例,通过对污水原水水质指标的检测、水量的确定,结合污染物排放标准控制,制定最优污水处理工艺流程并对主体构筑物进行设计,同时完成本项目工程的概算,为后续项目的进一步深化设计及施工提供较好的前期工作。根据该市环境治理与城市发展战略的要求,结合城市发展的总体规划和该市西部工业园区排水系统的现状,为改善该市西部工业园区环境质量、改善该市水系的水环境质量,在认真进行方案比较的基础上确定该市第二污水处理厂污水治理工程方案。设计该市第二污水处理厂的服务范围为西部工业园区及该市县城,工业园区服务面积为2550ha,该市县城服务面积为2000ha。设计建设规模为工业废水4万吨/日,生活污水1万吨/日,共5万吨/日。进入该市第二污水处理厂的污水经处理后最终的受纳水体为马颊河。拟建的污水处理厂的排放水要求达到国家《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)(以下简称标准)中一级A标准。根据该市第二污水处理厂进水水质,确定了二级处理工艺为厌氧滤池联合曝气生物滤池工艺,深度处理工艺为混凝沉淀+生物活性炭滤池工艺,污泥处理工艺采用离心式污泥浓缩脱水一体化机将污泥浓缩脱水,脱水后进行卫生填埋,并对各个构筑物进行设计计算,设计主要构筑物即厌氧滤池联合曝气生物滤池施工图,该池单池设计尺寸为177.4×26.8×6.0,工程的估算为24460.98万元。以厌氧滤池联合曝气生物滤池工艺为二级处理工艺,混凝沉淀+生物活性炭滤池工艺为深度工艺,处理后出水水质可达到《城市污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A排放标准,设计出水水质为CODcr≤<50mg/L,BOD5≤1Omg/L,SS≤1Omg/L,动植物油≤1mg/L,石油类≤1mg/L,分子表面活性剂≤0.5mg/L,总氮≤15mg/L,氨氮≤5(8)mg/L,总磷≤0.5mg/L,色度(稀释倍数)≤30。
【Abstract】 The construction of urban sewage treatment facilities has always been one of the first issue of promoting social and economic construction.In the 11th five-year plan,our country emphasized:the state encourages energy conservation and emissions reduction,establish a conservation-minded society.The country also clearly put forward at the same time,during the 11th five-year plan,the urban sewage concentrated rate is above 80%,in the "twelfth five-year"plan,our country continued to emphasize strengthening pollutant emissions and governance,speeding up the construction of urban garbage and sewage treatment facilities,intensifying prevention of the pollution of key river valleys.So that the standard ofpollutants are more strict,which makes the construction of urban sewage treatment plants face the new challenge,choosing a better process,allocationing resources reasonably is the key problem of the construction of the sewage plant.Therefore,the comparison of the scheme,the selection of design parameters,the budget of the cost has become a key issue in the construction of urban sewage plant.Put one second sewage treatment plant engineering as an example to illustrate the research,the research’s content mainly includes the analysis of determining the water quality and the water yield,through the determination of water pollutant emission standards,deveolopping the optimal technology of sewage treatment process and the main structure design,at the same time,completing this project engineering budget,for the further project design and construction to provide a better preparation.According to the requirement of the city’s environmental governance and urban development strategy,combined with the overall planning of urban development and the present situation of the city’s west industrial park drainage system,for improving the quality of the the city’s west industrial park’s environment and the water environmental of the river in the city,on the basis of serious comparison of scheme to determine the city’s second sewage treatment plant sewage disposal engineering plan.Designed the second sewage treatment plant of the city will service for west industrial park and town,the service of western industrial park covers an area of 2550 ha,and the service of the town covers an area of 2000 ha.Designed construction scale of industrial waste sewage is 40000 tons/day,sewage of the town is 10000 tons/day,in total is 50000 tons/day.After entering the city’s second sewage wastewater treatment plant,the treated water will be discharged into Ma Jia river.Proposed sewage treatment plant’s standard of the treated water will reach the national level in A,the standard is "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard"(GB18918-2002)(hereinafter referred to as standard)According to the sewage’s quality of the city’s second sewage wastewater treatment plant,the secondary treatment process is anaerobic filter combined biological aerated filter process,the depth of the treatment process is coagulation sedimentation + biological activated carbon filter process,the sludge treatment process is using centrifugal sludge concentration dehydration integration machine to concentrate sludge dewatering,in this scheme as the foundation,the treatment of the design parameters optimization structures and design calculation,sanitary landfill after dehydration,and completed construction drawing design of anaerobic filter combined biological aerated filter process.The design size of single pool is 177.4×26.8×6.0,and engineering preliminary budget estimates for 2446.098 million yuan.Using anaerobic filter combined biological aerated filter process as secondary treatment process,coagulation precipitation + biological activated carbon filter process as depth treatment process,treated effluent water quality can reach the city sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard "(GB18918-2002)level of A discharge standards.The design water quality is CODcr≤50mg/L,3OD5≤10mg/L,SS≤10mg/L,animal and plant oil≤1mg/L,petroleum≤1mg/L,molecular serfactant<0.5mg/L,TN≤15mg/L,NH4+-N≤5(8)mg/L,TP≤0.5mg/L,chroma(diluted multiples)≤30.
