【摘要】 区域协调发展已经成为我国经济开发、产业结构调整的重要发展思路,长江经济带、京津冀协同发展与一带一路区域发展战略全面推进了我国区域协调发展的步伐。其中长江经济带地区横跨我国东中西经济发达与不发达省份,上中下游省份产业梯度明显,合理利用区位的优势,更能带动地区产业的发展与优化升级。但是产业转移的同时不可避免的会出现污染物的转移情况,因此本文将研究重点放在长江经济带地区的产业转移与环境效益上,希望通过经济带地区产业转移与污染物转移格局的分析,为经济带地区产业转移的模式提出有意义的建议。本文主要利用区域间投入产出法,通过对消费、投资与出口引发的产业与污染物的转移量定量计算,分析产业与污染物的转移方向与路径。结果表明,内部产业与污染排放的转移大致路径是从下游地区转出到上游地区,中游地区是中转区。而与外部省市产业转移与污染物转移来看,消费、投资与出口的共同作用下,经济带地区是二氧化硫与二氧化碳排放的净转入地区,同时是化学需氧量的净转出地区。二氧化硫与二氧化碳的转移排放主要来自于电力、热力生产与供应业与金属冶炼及压延加工业,化学需氧量转移排放主要来自于食品制造与烟草加工业、造纸印刷及文教体育用品制造业与化学工业。最后根据本文得到的结论为经济带地区产业发展与污染物的减排提出几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional coordinated development has become an important development idea for China’s economic development and industrial restructuring.The Yangtze River Economic Belt,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development,and the One Belt One Road Regional Development Strategy have comprehensively promoted the pace of regional coordinated development in China.Among them,the Yangtze River Economic Belt spans the developed and underdeveloped provinces of East,West,and Middle China.The gradients of industries in the upper,middle,and lower reaches of the province are obvious,and the advantages of rational use of location can better drive the development and optimization of regional industries.However,at the same time,industrial transfer will inevitably lead to the transfer of pollutants.Therefore,this study will focus on the industrial transfer and environmental benefits of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and hopes to analyze the pattern of industrial transfer and pollutant transfer in the economic belt.Make meaningful suggestions for the model of economic transfer of regional industries.This paper mainly uses the inter-regional input-output method to quantitatively calculate the transfer of industries and pollutants caused by consumption,investment,and exports,and analyzes the direction and path of the transfer of industries and pollutants.The results show that the general route for the transfer of internal industries and pollution emissions is transferred from the downstream areas to the upstream areas,and the middle reaches of the area are transfer areas.With regard to industrial transfer and pollutant transfer in external provinces and cities,the combined effect of consumption,investment,and exports is that the economic zone is a net transfer area for sulfur dioxide and greenhouse gas emissions,and it is also a net transfer area for chemical oxygen demand.Sulfur dioxide(SO2)and carbon dioxide(CO2)emission transfer mainly from electricity,thermal production and supply industries,metal smelting and calendering processing industries,chemical oxygen demand(COD)emissions transfer mainly from food manufacturing and tobacco processing industry,paper printing and education and sports supplies manufacturing and chemical industry.Finally,based on the conclusions,several suggestions are made for industrial development and reduction of pollutants emission in the economic zone.更多还原
