宽带多陷波超宽带天线的研究与设计

【摘要】 随着通信技术的发展,超宽带(Ultra-Wideband,UWB)通信技术以其较强抗干扰性、较快传输速率、超宽带宽、较高多径分辨率和较低电能消耗等,与其他无线通信技术相比所具有的明显优势,使得UWB通信技术不管在军事领域还是在商业领域都具有非常广泛的应用前景。而作为UWB通信系统的核心器件——UWB天线,在UWB技术的应用中起着非常重要的作用,而且关系着UWB系统的性能。不过在UWB(3.1~10.6GHz)系统频带内存在其他窄带通信系统,比如无线城域网(WiMAX)、无线局域网(WLAN)、5G通信频段、卫星X波段以及国际电信联盟频段(ITU)等。为了避免窄带通信系统与UWB通信系统互相干扰,需要设计对这些窄带通信系统具有抑制作用的UWB天线,即多陷波超宽带天线。首先本文对UWB通信系统和UWB天线的相关定义进行了阐述,并对UWB天线的发展状况、目前国内外学者的研究现状作了初步分析。然后对天线的一些重要的性能参数的定义,包括:电路参数(输入阻抗、工作带宽、回波损耗和电压驻波比等),辐射参数(远场方向图、方向性和增益、辐射效率、天线极化和群时延等)做了简要介绍,并对天线的研究方法做了进一步分析,之后,总结了UWB天线目前的研究方向及设计难点。最后针对超宽带多陷波天线,本文做了以下三部分的研究工作:(1)以紧凑型平板UWB天线为基础,在充分研究了 UWB天线的结构之后,设计了紧凑型缝隙结构的UWB天线,然后又设计了基于共面波导缝隙结构的超宽带多陷波天线原型,并验证了在共面波导馈电结构下天线可以做到更加紧凑的效果。(2)对现阶段的陷波特性进行深入研究,为了避免UWB通信系统与WLAN、WiMAX、5G、卫星X波段以及ITU等窄带通信系统之间的干扰,以UWB天线原型为基础,分别设计了三个宽带单陷波超宽带天线。(3)考虑对UWB通信频段内的WLAN、WiMAX、5G、卫星X波段以及ITU等这些窄带通信系统的抑制,在宽带单陷波的基础上,分别设计了宽带双陷波的超宽带天线和宽带三陷波超宽带天线。
【Abstract】 With the development of communication technology,ultra-wideband(UWB)wireless communication technology has a popularity application prospects in the business and the military field with the advantages of strongly anti-interference,fast transmission rate,ultra wide band width,higher multipath resolution,low power consumption compared with other wireless communication technology.As the core of the UWB communication system device,the UWB antenna plays a very important role in the applications of UWB technology,its quality directly affects the performance of UWB system.However,there are severe mutual interference between the UWB(3.1~10.6GHz)communication system and the narrowband systems,such as Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access(WiMAX),Wireless Local Area Network(WLAN),5G,X-band satellite communication,International telecommunication union band(ITU)etc.Therefore,multi wideband-notched characteristic is needed to the UWB antenna for reducing the interference with the narrowband systems.At first,the paper presents related definitions of the UWB antenna and UWB communication system and makes preliminary analysis about the development of UWB antenna,the research of scholars at home and abroad.Then the definition of some important performance parameters of the antenna,including:circuit parameters(input impedance,bandwidth and return loss and voltage standing wave ratio,etc),radiation parameters(the far field pattern,directivity and gain,radiation efficiency,antenna polarization and group delay,etc)are introducted in brief,and the research methods of the antenna are also further analyzed.After that,the current research direction and design difficulties of UWB antenna are summarized.Finally,the following research work of the three parts is done in this paper:(1)The UWB antenna is designed with the compact slot structure after fully studying the compact planar structure in this paper.And then,designs slot multi-notched UWB antenna prototype which is based on the structure of coplanar waveguide(CPW),since then,verifies that the antenna can achieve more compact with the CPW feed.(2)This section makes a deep research to the present the notched characteristic.In order to avoid the interference between UWB communication system and narrowband communication systems such as WLAN,WiMAX,5G,satellite x-band and ITU,the three single-broadband-notched UWB antenna are designed respectively based on the UWB antenna prototype.(3)Considering the suppression of the narrowband communication systems such as WLAN/WiMAX/5G/X-band satellite communication/ITU in the UWB communication band.The paper designs the double broadband-notched UWB antenna and triple broadband-notched antenna respectively under the premise of the single broadband-notch UWB antenna.
