【摘要】 近年来随着我国不断推进对“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”(简称一带一路)的沿线国家投资建设,越来越多的中国建筑企业走向海外,到全球各地承接项目。各企业对海外项目的风险管理越来越重视,相关的研究也越来越多,取得的研究成果也非常多。但由于海外各个国家情况千差万别,项目类型也各种各样,因此研究的细度还远远不够,特别是针对拉美地区所开展的相关研究更是缺少。本文针对委内瑞拉某社会住房EPC项目进行风险管理研究,为准备进入委内瑞拉工程建设市场承揽工程的中国企业提供决策依据,为中国企业走进拉美市场提供借鉴。首先,本文对研究背景、目的、意义以及技术路线等进行了简要的阐述,并对国内外风险管理研究的现状进行了回顾,然后系统的论述了工程项目管理模式和项目风险管理的主要流程和方法,对项目风险管理中的风险识别、风险评估、风险应对的基本方法做了相应的阐述。论文进一步阐述了委内瑞拉某社会住房EPC项目的情况和特点,提出项目风险管理研究的具体方法,按照风险调查、风险统计、风险评估和风险控制的流程对项目的风险进行了识别和分析,并制定了风险管理措施。根据研究得出的结论,在委内瑞拉某社会住房EPC项目中,设计风险、政治因素风险和经济因素风险等是项目的主要风险,应对主要风险进行严格的管理和监控,避免主要风险产生,造成巨大损失。研究的结论将对项目的正常实施提供强大的保障作用,对确保项目成功提供了强有力的保证。本文的研究方法、研究内容以及得出的结论对我国企业承接拉美地区工程项目特别是委内瑞拉社会住房EPC项目有很强的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the continuous advance of construction investment in the nations along " The Silk Road Economic Belt" and " The twenty-first Century Maritime Silk Road "(referred to as The Belt and Road),more and more Chinese construction companies are going overseas and undertaking projects all over the world.Enterprises are paying more and more attention to risk management of overseas projects,and more and more related researches have been done.However,because of the different conditions in different countries and various types of projects,the fineness of the study is far from enough,especially the related research aimed at Latin America.This article studies the risk management of a social housing EPC project in Venezuela,providing a decision basis for the Chinese enterprises that are ready to enter the project construction market of Venezuela,and provides a reference for Chinese enterprises to enter the Latin American market.First of all,this article briefly expounds the research background,purpose,significance and technical route,and reviews the present situation of domestic and foreign risk management,and then systematically discusses the main processes and methods of project management model and project risk management,and elaborates the basic methods of risk identification,risk assessment and risk coping.This article further expounds the situation and characteristics of the EPC project of a social housing in Venezuela,and puts forward specific methods for project risk management research.According to the process of risk investigation,risk statistics,risk assessment and risk control,the risk of the project is identified and analyzed,and risk management measures are formulated.According to the conclusion of the study,in the EPC project of a social housing in Venezuela,design risk,political risk and economic risk are the main risks of the project.The main risks should be strictly managed and monitored to avoid major losses caused by the major risks.The conclusion of the study will provide a powerful guarantee for the normal implementation of the project and provide a strong guarantee for ensuring the success of the project.The research method,research content and the conclusions are of great significance for Chinese enterprises to undertake the engineering project in Latin American area,especially the social housing EPC project in Venezuela.更多还原
