【摘要】 中国与哈萨克斯坦交通便利化建设对双边贸易发展有着积极影响。交通便利化建设不仅会降低双边贸易运输成本,而且会提高双边贸易效率,实现双边贸易增长。2013年9月,“丝绸之路经济带”伟大倡议的正式提出,为中国与哈萨克斯坦经贸合作书写新篇章。哈萨克斯坦作为中国进入中亚和欧洲的陆路门户,对中国来说是重要的商贸中心、交通枢纽和战略要塞。此外,中国和哈萨克斯坦都处在经济转型的关键时期,国家战略契合,在产业结构、资源禀赋和贸易结构上具有互补性,并且双方在交通运输领域的合作也得到不断深化。本文以中哈两国的交通便利化为切入点,以交通运输合作对中哈双边贸易的影响为目标,主要包括五大方面:首先绪论部分,分析研究背景及实际意义,归纳总结相关文献综述;第二部分分析新经济地理理论和交易成本理论内容及机理;第三部分与第四部分分别对中哈交通便利化发展现状和贸易合作水平进行论述;第五部分进行实证分析,收集时间序列样本,从交通便利化功能和制度两方面测算其对中哈贸易规模、贸易结构的影响程度,由此论证交通便利化建设对提升中哈双边贸易的质和量的必要性;最后一部分是在上一章实证结果的基础上,提出更为全面的加强中哈之间的交通运输合作的措施建议,以推动两国交通便利化程度的不断深化,从而更好的实现两国之间的贸易协作,到达互利共赢。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transport facilitation between China and Kazakhstan has an important role in the bilateral trade.Traffic constructions not only can reduce the bilateral trade facilitation transport costs,but also improve the efficiency of bilateral trade,and achieve bilateral and multilateral trade growth.In September 2013,the “Silk Road Economic Belt” was formally proposed and it was the beginning of the economic and trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.As a gateway for China to enter Central Asia and Europe,Kazakhstan is an important business center,transportation hub,and strategic fortress for China.In addition,both China and Kazakhstan are in a critical period of economic transformation.The country’s strategy fits in and complements the industrial structure,resource endowments,and trade structure.Cooperation between the two sides in the transportation sector has also been continuously deepened.This article takes the transport facilitation between China and Kazakhstan as the entry point,and aims at the impact of transport cooperation on bilateral trade between China and Kazakhstan.It mainly includes five aspects: firstly,analyzing the research background and practical significance,summarizing the relevant literature review,The second part analyzes the content and mechanism of the new economic geography theory and transaction cost theory;the third part and the fourth part respectively discuss the development status of China-Kazakhstan transport facilitation and the level of trade cooperation;the fifth part conducts empirical analysis and collects time series samples.From the aspects of transport facilitation function and system,measure the extent of its impact on China-Kazakhstan trade scale,trade structure,and thus demonstrate the necessity of transport facilitation construction to enhance the quality and quantity of bilateral trade between China and Kazakhstan;Part of this chapter is based on the empirical results of the previous chapter,and proposes more comprehensive measures and suggestions for strengthening transport cooperation between China and Kazakhstan in order to promote the deepening of the degree of transport facilitation between the two countries so as to better realize the two countries’ trade cooperation,to achieve mutual benefit and win-win.更多还原
