Bi-TiO2系光催化剂的制备及活性炭/Bi-TiO2在水性涂料中应用初探

【摘要】 随着室内空气污染日益恶化,人们自我保护意识逐渐增强。从装修污染入手,开发环保的可降解有害物质的光催化型空气净化涂料非常有必要。传统的水性涂料要想具备这些功效,必须加入高效的光催化剂,并且光催化剂要能在其中良好的分散,充分发挥作用。Ti O2光催化剂价格低廉,性质稳定,但对光能不能充分利用,需要进行改性,使其在光催化反应中高效发挥作用。本文采用金属掺杂和活性炭负载、半导体复合等方法对Ti O2改性,制备出了Bi-Ti O2系光催化剂。实验借助XRD、SEM、EDS和UV等手段对光催化剂结构形貌、吸光特点进行了表征。以对罗丹明B的降解效果表示光催化性能。与纯Ti O2相比,Bi-Ti O2系光催化剂的光催化能力均有不同程度的提升,其中活性炭/Bi-Ti O2光催化效果最好。通过单因素实验考察了不同制备方法、超声时间和活性炭含量对活性炭/Bi-Ti O2光催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明:利用超声分散法,超声时间160min,活性炭含量10%条件下,制备的活性炭/Bi-Ti O2光催化剂催化效果最好,在可见光下2h对罗丹明B的降解率可达93%。通过循环实验证明,该条件下制备的光催化剂具备较好的稳定性。采用多种分散剂分别对活性炭/Bi-Ti O2光催化剂粉体进行分散处理。通过尝试实验、沉降实验、分光光度评价和TEM等手段对分散效果进行表征,筛选出分散效果好的分散剂,并对分散结果进行分析讨论。结果表明:分散剂拉开粉和十二烷基苯磺酸钠对光催化剂具有良好的分散性能,分散剂添加量的最佳值分别为1%和0.5%。复配分散剂拉开粉/吐温20和十二烷基苯磺酸钠/十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对光催化剂能进行良好的分散,对应分散剂的添加量占水的比例分别为1%/0.05%和0.5%/0.05%。

【Abstract】 With the worsening of indoor air pollution,people’s awareness of self-protection is gradually strengthened.It is necessary to develop environmentally friendly photocatalytic air purifying coatings that can degrade harmful substances.In order to have these effects for traditional water-based coatings,high efficient photocatalysts must be added,and photocatalysts must be well dispersed in them.Ti O2 photocatalyst has the advantages of low price and stable properties,but it needs to be modified to make it more efficient in the photocatalytic reactionIn this thesis,Ti O2 photocatalysts were prepared by metal doping,activated carbon supported,semiconductor composite and so on.The structure and morphology of Bi-Ti O2 photocatalysts were investigated by means of XRD,SEM,EDS and UV.Compared with pure Ti O2,the photocatalytic activity of Bi-Ti O2 was improved.Different preparation methods were investigated by single factor experiments,effects of ultrasonic time and the content of activated carbon in activated carbon /Bi-Ti O2 photocatalyst to the photocatalytic performance.The results show that the dispersion method in ultrasonic,ultrasonic time 160 min,the content of activated carbon under the condition of 10% /Bi-Ti O2 of activated carbon is the appropriate condition to contain the photocatalyst with the better catalytic effect.And the degradation rate of rhodamine B is up to 93% in visible light for 2hours.The resut of cyclic experiments show that photocatalysts prepared in the above mention have the good stability.The dispersion for activated carbon/Bi-Ti O2 powder was characterized by trial experiments,settlement experiments,spectrophotometric method and TEM.The results showed that the dispersant nekal,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,the composite dispersant of nekal/Tween 20 and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate/hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide have the good dispersity,and the optimal amount of dispersant were 1%,0.5%,1 %/ 0.05% and 0.5% / 0.05%,respectively.
