【摘要】 随着西安市人口老龄化的不断加剧,养老问题已成为我市现阶段亟待解决的社会问题。智慧养老作为一种新型的养老方式,在当前的养老困境和科技发展下应运而生,能够极大程度的满足老年人的各项需求,有力地解决我市养老服务的供需矛盾。本文主要运用质性研究方法,对西安市12家开展智慧养老服务的机构进行实地调研和走访。通过与老人、机构及政府人员的交流与沟通,来收集大量的相关资料。本文在对智慧养老的概念进行明确界定的基础上,进而对西安市智慧养老服务现状及问题开展了一系列研究。首先,通过对西安市12家智慧养老机构的实地调查和走访,并结合西安市智慧养老的发展现状,依据西安市智慧养老的具体实现途径将其分为智慧社区居家养老、智慧老年住宅区、智能老年产品、智慧健康服务、智慧信息平台这五种类型。随后,选取了五个从属于不同类型的机构进行相关比较及分析,进而了解西安市智慧养老服务的供给及需求情况,并结合西安市现状对问题产生的原因进行详尽的分析,进而提出具有针对性的对策和建议。本文通过对西安市智慧养老供给及需求问题的研究,得出西安市智慧养老需求存在服务发展不健全、养老人员供给不足、老年人需求意愿不强这三个主要问题,并结合实际问题与西安市发展现状提出以下对策建议:健全智慧养老政策支持及行业标准;整合养老服务数据及资源;不断扩充智慧养老服务内容;加强专业养老人才培养,希望这些建议可以为我市智慧养老服务的发展提供可行性参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing of aging of the population in Xi’an,the retirement has become a social issue that needs to be resolved at this stage.As a new type of old-age care,wisdom and old-age care have come into being under the current pension difficulties and the development of science and technology.They can meet the needs of the elderly to a large extent,and effectively resolve the conflict between supply and demand for old-age care services.This article mainly uses qualitative research methods to conduct research and visits to 12 institutions that carry out intelligent elderly care services in Xi’an.Through exchanges and communication with different groups of people,a large number of primary interviews were collected.Based on a clear definition of the concept of smart pension,this article conducts a series of studies on the current status and problems of smart aged care services in Xi’an.Firstly,through on-the-spot investigations and visits to 12 smart elderly care institutions in Xi’an,combined with the current development of smart old-age care in Xi’an,and based on the concrete realization of smart old-age support in Xi’an,it is divided into smart community homes for the aged,smart old residential areas,There are five types of smart aged products,smart health services,and smart information platforms.Afterwards,five subordinate institutions were selected to carry out relevant comparisons and analysis,so as to understand the needs and specific problems of the wisdom of the elderly care service in Xi’an,and to analyze the causes of the problems in detail,and to propose specific targets in light of the current situation in Xi’an.Countermeasures and suggestions..Based on the study of the need for smart old-age care in Xi’an City,this paper concludes that there are three main problems in the demand for smart old-age care in Xi’an namely,the unsound development of services,the inadequate provision of elderly care providers,and the weak desire for elderly people.The following countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in light of the actual problems and the current situation in Xi’an: sound and supportive pension policies and industry standards;integration of elderly care data and resources;continuous expansion of the contents of smart old-age services;and the strengthening of professional pensioners’ training.The development of smart pension services provides a viable reference.更多还原
