【摘要】 面对经济的全球化,中国成为世界工厂,国内外工程机械装备制造企业在中国蓬勃发展。及时对企业的供应商进行有效的管理,是提升企业整体管理能力的重要要求之一。供应商如果能够参与某个机械产品的前期的设计工作,并能结合自身的物料特点来提出合理化的建议,不但可以加快产品的研发进行,还可以降低机械产品的材料费用和工艺成本,从而能保质保量地完成产品的研发,进而使机械企业在同行的激烈竞争中取得优势,增强了企业的核心竞争力。本论文介绍了国内外研究现状,主要研究工作如下:(1)研究分析了 S工程机械公司供应商的选择流程,采用层次分析法选择备选供应商,通过质量监查评价供应商进行分析,将低水平供应商管理、技术提升进行了改善。(2)研究分析了 S工程机械公司供应商的绩效考核方法及流程,采用层次分析法对供应商绩效考核指标体系进行分析,制定科学合理的考核指标。(3)给出了供应商绩效管理的分析与设计方法。(4)通过具体关键零部件为例,分析新进供应商选择方法,通过研究确定引入高水平供应商是提升主机生产企业竞争力的有效手段。S工程机械公司通过使用供应商的绩效考核平台,在质量保证能力、质量状况、价格水平、准时准量交付状况对某轴类加工件供应商的绩效进行了科学合理的考核,为后续淘汰落后供应商、加大供货比例、优先付款提供了有效的理论依据,提高公司的核心竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the economic globalization,China has become the world’s factory,and many domestic and foreign construction machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises are flourishing in China.An important requirement to improve the overall management ability of enterprises is to effectively manage the suppliers in time.If suppliers can participate in the early stage design work of a certain mechanical product,and can put forward some rational suggestions based on the materials’ characteristics,not only can speed up product development,and also can reduce the material cost of mechanical products and process cost,thus can complete product research and development,with good quality and make the machinery enterprises to obtain advantages in the fierce competition of peers,and to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper introduces the research status at home and abroad,the main research work is as follows:(1)The research analyzed the supplier selection process of S Engineering Machinery Company,using analytic hierarchy process to choose alternative suppliers,through the quality inspection evaluation of suppliers were analyzed,and the low level of supplier management,improve technology promotion.(2)The research analyzed the performance evaluation method and process of S Engineering Machinery Company suppliers,using the analytic hierarchy process for supplier performance evaluation index system is analyzed,formulate scientific and reasonable evaluation indices.(3)The analysis and design method of supplier performance management is given.(4)Through the example of specific key parts,the new supplier selection method is analyzed and the effective means to improve the competitiveness of the main engine production enterprises are determined by the research.By using supplier performance evaluation platform,S Engineering Machinery Company carries out a scientific and reasonable assessment for the performance of the suppliers with a certain shaft type,during the aspects of quality guarantee ability,quality,price level.It provides an effective theoretical basis for eliminate suppliers,increase the proportion of supply,priority payment in the next step,and improves the core competitiveness of the company.更多还原
