【摘要】 山东移动公司经历了十多年的努力发展,公司队伍越来越壮大,网络覆盖率及用户使用量在全省通讯行业都遥遥领先。随着公司的通信基站设施的需要量的急剧增加,公司现有的传统设施运营管理机制不再适应公司现状。山东移动公司想要通过信息化的技术手段对基站设施运营维护的管理进行调整改善。通讯基站设施运营维护管理系统在开发过程中,设计使用Java作为主要的开发语言,基于B/S架构设计,参照MVC的开发模型,集成采用Struts、Spring和Hibernate等技术的SSH开发框架进行设计,运用XML、JavaScript、Ajax等技术处理,提高了开发效率及系统的稳定性,通过Jquery、Echarts技术实现系统中的曲线展示图。数据库使用SQLSERVER2014进行设计开发。通讯基站设施运营维护管理系统主要实现功能包括资源管理、网络监控、运营管理、基本设置等四大模块。下面对这四大模块主要完成的功能做一下详细说明。资源管理模块主要实现了站址管理、铁塔管理、机房管理等功能;网络监控模块主要实现了动环监控、告警管理等功能;运营管理模块主要实现了工程割接、运维、服务、客户、巡检、区域、工作资源等管理功能;基本设置模块主要实现了查询、用户管理、用户部门设置、用户操作权限配置、部门人员角色信息配置等功能。通信基站设施运营维护管理系统的开发运行,可以提高公司的基站设施运营维护管理的工作效率,可以降低公司管理人员的成本投入,还能提高公司员工的信息化水平,使公司在信息化时代稳步发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shandong Mobile has experienced more than ten years of hard work.The company team has grown stronger and its network coverage and user usage have led the communications industry in the province.With the rapid increase in the company’s demand for communication base station facilities,the company’s existing traditional facility operation management mechanism no longer adapts to the current status of the company.Shandong Mobile intends to adjust and improve the management of the operation and maintenance of base station facilities through information technology.During the development of the communication base station facility operation and maintenance management system,the system uses Java as the main development language.It is designed based on the B/S architecture and refers to the MVC development model.It integrates the SSH development framework using technologies such as Struts,Spring and Hibernate.It uses XML,JavaScript,Ajax and other technologies to improve the development efficiency and system stability.It uses the Jquery,Echarts technology to achieve the curve display in the system.The database was designed and developed using SQL Server 2014.The main functions of the communication base station facility operation and maintenance management system include four modules:resource management,network monitoring,operation management,and basic configuration.The following is a detailed description of the major functions of these four modules.The resource management module mainly implements functions such as site management,tower management,and room management.The network monitoring module mainly implements functions such as dynamic ring monitoring and alarm management.the operation and management module mainly implements functions such as engineering cutover,operation and maintenance management,service management,customer management,inspection management,regional management,and work resource management;the basic configuration module mainly implements functions such as query,user management,user department setting,user operation permission configuration,and department personnel role information configuration.The development and operation of the communication base station facility operation and maintenance management system can improve the efficiency of the company’s base station facility operation and maintenance management,reduce the company’s management staff’s cost investment,and increase the company’s employees’ information level,making the company develop steadily in the information age.更多还原
